Just excellent!!! So helpful and knowledgeable. They retain their staff and it shows. Every employee there knows the products inside and out. They are impressive on every order. I have had fast food take longer than it takes them to put together a paint order and get you out and off to work. The paint is great, the staff is amazing, and the pricing is competitive.

I tried to return a can of $99 paint because it did not dry........remains tacky. Waited 3 days for a decision from them. Returned only to be told the representative is “on vacation” & or “really busy “ Went down street & got comparable can for $48. Terrible customer service Benjamin ????????

Go here first. Like everyone else embarking on home projects, my time is at a premium. Spent over an hour at Home Depot trying to match a paint color to new countertop. Staff offhand, not very knowledgeable and completely uninterested in investing the time to find the right color. Gave up and came to Benjamin Moore. Within five minutes we had matched the color, got expert advice on application .....WHAT A HUGE DIFFERENCE, Can't say enough about the quality of the product, knowledge and expertise of the staff and the overall pleasant experience.....the complete opposite of Home Depot. These folks are now my go-to for paint. I'm doing the entire interior and exterior so they will be getting it all.

I went to Dulux on Sunday because this store was closed. What a mistake. Never again, I'm sticking with Benny Moore from now on.

Benjamin Moore is the only paint I will use. I have been going to this store for 20 years. I had the worst service on Saturday that I have ever experienced. I painted my bathroom cabinets to try it out before doing my kitchen. The gentleman only spoke to my husband, even after he said he had nothing to do with this project. He sold me the wrong roller with a stick that didn’t fit the roller. He sold me the cabinet paint when it is not the preferred paint to use. I asked if there was a primer to be used and he said, nah, you’ll be all right. I now have a whole gallon of cabinet paint and a stick and roller I can’t use. I am sad to have to write this, but both my husband and daughter said it was warranted. Today I went to BM in Ladysmith and received the service I have been accustomed to.
