They took care of the fender bender I had, and made sure that every single detail was no hassle, from dealing with additional items not on the SGI inspection to having a rental car at the door for me when I dropped off my car. I got my car back and it had been washed and detailed. Amazing service!

I had a huge hail claim, Brock and Jerrad were so great to work with! Brock took the time to go over everything with me as this was my first SGI claim. I appreciated that Jerrad was at the shop late one evening so I could drop my SUV off and pick up a loaner vehicle. Brock took the time to call SGI for me to see if I had additional coverage for a rental. They told me it would take 2 weeks and it actually took 3, but they were in touch with me throughout. The staff takes extra time to take care of their customers and it did not go unnoticed! When I got my SUV back it looked good as new inside and out! Having the inside detailed was such a nice surprise! I will highly recommend Cruisers!

Very impressed!! Went there to have a cheap fix on my van. I didn’t want to pay to much so was not expecting anything fancy.
