I absolutely adore The Art Factory!! The selection is excellent, and the prices are superb!! Not only that, but Patrick is truly an angel to artists. He is so full of desire to lift artists up. He showcases artists often, and takes zero commission!! The Art Factory is my hands down favorite art supply store and is the one I go to the most. There is also the Heart In Hand boutique! There are so many inspiring stories attached to some breath taking craftsmanship. This cozy shop is really a whole package deal. I honestly can't say enough great things about it!! ????????????????

Wish I could give Patrick and Tanja more than five stars! The Art Factory has a bit of everything: it's an event space, a classroom, a gallery, a studio, and an art supply stores. Quality is great and prices are even better. As a bonus, the Heart in Hand boutique is giving back by supporting third world entrepreneurs. All in all, amazing contribution to the art community in Renfrew and beyond.

Patrick is very approachable. When I had a question about a product or needed information about what art supplies I needed for my work he took the time and explained. I never felt rushed or pushed. I was able to find what I needed at great price. Bonus was he included a free gift with my purchase which I wasn't expecting. The Art Factory has great variety of art supplies from beginner to professional. I have order online , curb side recently and in store prior to March 2020 and experienced wonderful customer service.
