WOW! On the recommendation of my wife(who’s also very happy), I brought my truck to Body Line for an insurance repair. They quoted me quickly and dealt with the insurance company in a timely manner. Job was completed under the estimated time frame. Upon receiving the vehicle, not only did I notice how well the repair was done, but also how clean my vehicle was(inside and out). I had to cancel a detailing job that was scheduled just after the repair. Overall, very pleased!

When I had a small fender bender this winter my insurance company mention a place in town, in Midland, but since I had great service from Fix Auto with a previous repair for my step-sons truck I asked to use Fix Auto instead and they ok'd it. I took my truck in when all the parts came in and they proceeded to work on it. I was called, the next day, it is ready for pick up! I picked it up and the truck looked great. I stopped to do some shopping on the way home and was then I looked in the backseat to get a grocery bag. The back seat looked way less messier than I remembered. They gang at Fix took it upon themselves to detail my truck! Vacuumed, dusted gathered everything off the floor placed in a bag. The front was also done. It looked wonderful! That's also when I realized the exterior was also clean. This was not on my contract nor was I charged for it. I figure the detailing and washing the truck is over a $100 service, no charge! I called the office and they said I was the only one who ever called back to thank them. Well I did thank them. I hope there is never another reason to use their service but if it is needed there will never be a question on where I go. Wally and Gary provided excellent service right through from the estimate and helping setup a rental vehicle (via insurance) to the final body repairs. They also pointed out some inefficiencies done by a previous repair shop and corrected them as well as detailed the interior of my truck as part of the service. Highly recommend and will go there again if I need any body work!

This shop is excellent! They do fantastic work, have very reasonable prices but, above all, their best asset is their customer service. They sincerely want each and every customer to be happy. We had a slight issue with the work being done on our vehicle, due to a miscommunication on my part (aka my fault), and they dealt with it and handled it without hesitation. You will not be disappointed working with them.
