A deer ran out in front of me in November of 2021, it was almost a write off. My insurance recommended CarStar and I was so impressed with the service. My insurance company didn’t like answering the phone (surprise surprise) and the shop updated me as often as possible. Even with the parts being delayed my car was still ready within the estimated time and was cleaner than it has EVER been. Thank you!!

The guys at car star did an AMAZING job. Did me a huge favour as well by putting my winters on due to me not being able to (snow hit while car was getting worked on). Matt did an amazing job on the car as well as whoever worked on it. Every add on to the car was put back on right as well (tint was the same, rain covers were put back on.) the doors they replaced looked better than the ones from factory when I got the car. Also the detailing that was put into the car skipped no steps. Very impressed with the work done here.

Amazing job. Vehicle had extensive hail damage but you can't tell now. They removed every dent without having to paint or do body work. Vehicle was spotless when returned. Thanks again Carstar. This was my second time using their service. (Straightened the cab of my brand new truck from the factory).

Brought my Jeep in for body damage as my vehicle was caught in a hailstorm. Carstar fixed the damage hassle free and in a timely manner. The staff at Carstar was professional\courteous and would definitely recommend trying them out.

I had taken my truck there 3 years ago on the advice of my insurance company. When I went to pick the truck up, all the tailgate badging was placed wrong & my strobe lights didn't work. They corrected the situation on the spot which was great. The next day I went to grab a trailer & realized they hadn't re mounted my trailer hitch. When I returned to get my hitch I noticed my box wasn't squared & was told that was the best they could do. Flash forward to 2020, truck goes in for a new front bumper. Picked up the truck & found that the fog lights didn't work (was told they just happened to burn out) 1 was damaged in the accident & the other worked when I dropped it off. The bumper wasn't installed straight & neither was one of my headlights, which weren't aligned properly. I took the truck back, picked it up & the body repairs had been completely properly but the headlights still weren't aligned. If all that wasn't bad enough, on the way to work this morning my truck developed a wobble on the 400, pulled over & found all of my front left wheel nuts not even finger tight. I will never deal with this branch of Car Star again & will absolutely recommend that no one ever does. They're failure to torque my wheel nuts could've killed me, my family or somebody else's. Just a clear lack the most basic costumer service & such horrible workmanship.

Had my truck fixed 2 times in 3 years totaling 20 thousand dollars worth of work .(insurance) After last repair Dragged out to 1.5 mnths. Grill emblem fell off 3mnths later . Turned out it had been replaced ,broken and glued on . I was accused of breaking it off myself and trying to get a FREE one. Upon bringing to dealership to look at said emblem HOT GLUE was apparent at emblem position and other areas around New grill and new emblem . I am assuming a bodyman was feeling CRAFTY the day of install because i had not hotglued any of it . For this reason I will no longer deal with TOM SMITH or their bodyshop sublet CARSTARR

This place is actually a Mickey Mouse Club House, staff need to change their businees acumen. Had to wait and still waiting on something a phone call could solve but choose to walk to Tom Smith dealership to enquire about parts.

When I first brought my car in for an appraisal I was already upset from the initial accident and the gentleman who looked over my car made things even worse! He was rude, didn't listen too me, argued with my husband, and had an attitude like we HAD to get the work done by them!! The woman I spoke to over the phone was polite, but NEVER went out of the way too help. This experience is why I went to D&S Auto Body and I am SO HAPPY I did!!

Recommended by insurance company. Called and confirmed Claim was submitted. Told that I’d be called to set up an instal date and time. Week goes by, no call. Parts hadn’t even been ordered. Impression to me was that they didn’t want or care about the business. Certainly didn’t care about the customer. Dropped them like a hot potato. I can’t imagine how the customer service would translate into work performed.

Lee was very professional and even more so considerate in accommodations for my special needs daughter. Being a fast repair,less time than they quoted me.(10 days) after being smucked by a drunk driver crossing the yellow line (lots of damage) and even faster rental veichle waiting for us just outside. Being a single dad of a special needs child this meant everything to me. I would highly recommend Lee and the carstar guys up in midland ontario. In fact I've already recommended to friends Great job guys. 5 stars You hit it outta the park. Ride safe.
