10/10 would recommend taking your vehicle here. Excellent customer service, they were the only place to actually take the time to explain to me what was going to happened to my car and how exactly they were going to fix it. The ladies are so nice here, I felt the most comfortable bringing my car here to get fixed. They did a fantastic job, I couldn’t even tell anything had happened! Plus they have the most friendly adorable dogs!

I'm giving 2x 5☆s 1 for me, 1 for my husband. Both of us, separately, have used Hi Tech Paint and Collision and been so impressed. When you walk in you are greeted by super lovely Ladies who are knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient. I went for my vehicle, and they saved me $1000 on my bumper. My husband used Hi Tech at my suggestion after he was hit, and he was also really happy with how well everything from his quote, to dealing with insurance, rental, and getting his vehicle back went smoothly. The office is clean and welcoming, with Sophie and friend to keep you company, if you are lucky enough to have to wait. Service is fast, so get a pet in before you are back on your way. We would both use Hi Tech again and recommend it.

My elderly mother had her vehicle towed here after being in a minor collision recently. Sadly she needed their sari ice more than once over the years but swears by the service they provide and the quality of workmanship. I drove in from Kelowna to assist my mother and wow was I impressed with the Owner Doris and her staff. You simply rarely see this kind of attentiveness anymore. Thank you so much!!!

We had a lose piece on bumper from a scooter hitting it..Hi Tech was great the lady met us at the door, she climbed under the car and took a look, the body man came out next with the right tools and had it fixed in minutes...I call that customer service, that does not happen very often any more...they would not accept payment.
