After visiting my home the contractor never sends quote along - He doesn’t email me quote, then claims he doesn’t do the work the way I requested and that he had the Flu and didn’t think to email. If he doesn’t want the job then he could have told me at the site visit or emailed me immediately. And the work the way I wanted done was recommended by a firm that specializes in remediation work. And to follow up I sent him a photo showing there is no visible mold issue in the ceiling.

I had hoped after leaving a bad review that we would have heard back from this painter but no one has had to decency to call or email us. After many calls, emails and several reviews on different sites, we are being forced to go to our lawyer.

Before my husband and I hired this "company" we explained how when our place was painted two years previous, it had bubbled on two sides of the house. We were assured that it wouldn't happen and IF it did, it would be dealt with. The house was barely finished and it bubbled. A few were taken care of but we were told it was late in the season so we should contact him next year. WELL, our house has continued to have more and more bubbles on it. I have called and left many messages but we have not had any replies. Our next course may have to be a call to our lawyer. If you ever consider using this person, get everything in writing, every last detail and get a way to contact him that he will reply to. A person on our road asked who was painting our house as she needed hers done. I jokingly told her to wait until next year to see if there were any bubbles. I'm so glad I didn't recommend this guy.
