My car was badly damaged due to an accident with a deer. The entire drivers side had to be repaired. Because the car was an older model, it probably should have been written off. However since I wanted to keep my car, the staff went above and beyond to repair it within the insurance company’s allowance. They did an outstanding job. My car looks brand new! I can’t say enough about the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff. I highly recommend Carstar to anybody needing car bodywork.

This is the worst body shop. The owner Kevin is an immature child. Who has no customer service skills and no proper business etiquette. Him and his employees rush their work and don’t care about the final product. I would highly suggest you go elsewhere. Kevin and his staff also lie to the insurance company and falsify invoices to make more money

Had a fender bender and took my car there to get fixed. Management never communicated with me on what they were doing and ended up allowing their workers to do a job they weren't willing to sign off on. As a result they did an illegal job and didn't sign off on my truck so it could be considered road worthy. If you ever need to get your car fixed these guys are not the ones to do it as no one there has any honour or respect for their customers.

Kind staff helping a lost soul. We were driving through town and needed to help finding a store to supplant what we were lacking in our RV. While we didn't get our vehicle repaired there I can tell you the three people I spoke with were genuine and good hearted and steered me in the right direction. Just wanted to pass that on. Yes, all of Nova Scotia seems that way but these folks were a great help. David

I was very impressed by the cleanliness and organization of their shop and the knowledgable reception staff. The damage assessment was thorough and precise. Our vehicle was repaired and returned one day later and a wonderful detailed cleaning had been done. Having said that, this was the best facility I hope I never have to use again!
