Recently I went to Sherwin Williams Measowvale with a lid for a paint I bought tinted from Home Depot. Since I couldn't order more for curbside from Home Depot I decided to try here. All I had was the lid , didn't phone before going and they colored matched right through the window, picked an equivalent paint based on price and mixed it right there for me. Kept me updated the whole time by phone. This is my new paint store !!

On Tuesday 16 March 2021, I went in and with the help of the sales rep, I bought a sample of paint because I was not sure if I was committed to the colour (its a warm off white). After seeing the sample at home, I liked it. I went to the store the next day (17 March 2021), and bought a gallon of the colour in opulence (the mid tier paint). Went home started painting, and the paint was a DIFFERENT COLOUR, I still liked it so it wasnt a big deal. I went back again (18 march 2021), to ask why the sample was different and the sales rep gave me a runaround and told me the system told him it was going to look different than the gallon when making it. The sales rep NEVER mentioned this to at the time of purchase. I needed to buy another gallon of the opulence paint, and guess what..... IT WASNT IN STOCK. A paint store without paint. I was told to come back next week after the shipment on wednesday. I looked at him confused because yesterday was wednesday which means they should've had a fresh shipment come in. But of course they didnt order it? Even though it was low stock???? Terribly disappointed. I'm stuck buying another gallon here but I WILL NEVER shop here again or at any other Sherwin-Williams locations. Buyers beware.

I went into the location twice, first to pick a colour and get information and the next day to buy product, both were great. The first drop in I must have asked 10 questions and the sales associate was kind enough to answer them all which ultimately led to my choice to purchase the product from this store. I needed a pail of satin which was sold out and they sold me cans for almost the same price. Seif was kind enough to carry out the cans to my car, I didn't ask and what he didn't know is that I have a shoulder injury right now so I would have had to do one by one. It was my first time purchasing paint from Sherwin-Williams and heard about them from a friend. I was able to select my paint online, then called in to order it. Before placing my order they asked I come by the shop so they could hand me a paint chip in an envelope to review the colour. This was a nice touch and something I was afraid i wasn't going to be able to do. It all took about 5-10 minutes in total. I paid for my order over the phone, they placed it outside for me to pick up and that was it. During this covid-19 crisis they were able to make my shopping experience quick, safe, and easy.

Staff are friendly and helpful. We got our paint on a great deal and the colors were exactly what we ordered. We told the salesperson our square footage and were supplied the paint for our area. When leaving one of the lids had not been fully put on the paint cans, thankfully another salesperson noticed before we carried it out. We finished our area and we were left with an entire can of paint unopened, and a 1/4 of paint in the other container. Had we not been overestimated, I would likely have given 5 stars.

Ceiling paint, an adhesive primer, high quality interior paint and a nice paint for trim. I almost bought one item elsewhere- the salesperson handed me a product and said it should do the trick. Reading the back of the can I realised it was absolutely not applicable for my project. I called these guys right away and they had the right thing and were sure of it. Went to this location today looking for help with deck stain. As a new home-owner I have no idea what I'm doing and said so to the employee. The guy working was not helpful. Just seemed like he didn't want to be there. We regretfully purchased the stain at this location and went down the road to delux paints. The staff at delux were absolutely incredible and answered all of my questions and offered all kinds of tips and tricks.

Samuel was fantastic. He greeted me and my kids when we came in, and helped me with colour and paint selection. I had to bring my kids with me (unusual during COVID) because their mom (my ex) was in the hospital, and I needed to get paint for my new place to paint their rooms. The kids started going a bit crazy with the paint swatches, and I told them they had enough, but Samuel said it was fine, and they could take as many as they wanted to create beautiful art. The kids were thrilled! After making my purchase, Samuel gave the kids a bucket, which they have had more fun with than I would have imagined. It was a fun experience, and seeing them smiling right now fills my heart with joy.
