Had the exterior trim on my house painted 1st week of September. They completed the job as quoted on time and at a very reasonable price. They caulked all cracks which made the paint very smooth. I couldn't of done it any better myself. As an added bonus they pressure washed some high vinyl siding on my north face. *** HIGHLY RECOMMEND** * We had Moe come to our home last year to paint our interior, he was so great with amazing attention to detail. Our place looked like it was a new. He was very professional and accomodating even when we asked him to add a few more rooms to paint. Recently we had Moe come back for exterior painting. Our work was delayed a week but we were in constant communication with the company and well informed. We always felt important to them and our work was completed with just as much attention to detail. Langley Painters were one of three vendors from whom we solicited an exterior painting quote for our fence, deck, and basement entrance stairs. We were impressed by Mo’s immediate response time; he called right away after our inquiry and attended our residence for a quote within a few hours. Based on the price of the three quotes we obtained, Langley Painters ended up in the middle, but worked with us thereafter to reduce our cost by selecting a lower grade (but still quality) paint product. On painting day, Ronny and his partner lead the charge, in the scorching heat and sun during the unprecedented June 2021 BC heat wave. They went above and beyond to meticulously clean debris and dust off our deck, and to cover up mismatched wood on our stairs and a 5-year-old fence (neither had been stained nor painted before). There were a few deficiencies, to which Mo and Ronny responded with immediacy. The team of painters returned the following day and rectified all deficiencies promptly and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction with the end result.

*DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY* My husband contacted Moe and he came to do an estimate painting outside our home. He quoted $250 and said he wouldn’t be available for 2 weeks. We waited 3 weeks and got a day set up. 3 days before the job was supposed to be done he said it was now $350 since that’s the daily minimum and he originally thought we had more work. We told him that is unacceptable to tell us after we waited weeks and 3 days before the job was done. We also metioned it makes no sense he would charge us more for less work. He then told my husband he would call him the next day to discuss and never called. When I contacted him to say we were upset with the service the day later he was EXTREMELY RUDE on the phone, offered no apology but continued to say “ya are you finished or? Because you just keep talking”. No apology or attempt to make anything better. I can’t believe how rude he was and how dismissive he was about potential clients when he was the one who changed the price just days before when we waited weeks and could have had someone else do the job. Very rude.

It was such a pleasure to have Moe in our home! Our daughter was returning from a missions trip from Thailand and Cambodia so we wanted to give her room a fresh new paint color! He quickly gave me an affordable quote and thoughtfully scheduled in a date to complete the job before she returned. He was extremely organized, on time, efficient, friendly and very professional! I appreciated his tidiness, he protected my carpets and furnishings with clean drop cloths and covers and took the time to fix up the walls by filling in the nail holes too! Unfortunately after waiting almost 6 weeks after lining up a second job for the interior woodwork in my home, being promised to come on the next rainy day etc. I received a text today saying I needed to find another painter!
