The beautiful showroom at Atlantic Paint made choosing the right paint for our home so easy and simple. The layout in the store showcases the different colours and type of paint in such a way that I have never seen in other paint stores before. The quality of the paint we got is outstanding and without the “high price” that should have gone with it. I would highly recommend a trip to to Atlantic Paint if you are looking for top a top quality product, very knowledgeable staff and excellent prices. You won’t be disappointed.

Chris, Marissa, and the team were great to deal with. I came in with a general idea of the colours I wanted to paint the front door / living room / kitchen / bathroom / bedroom of my place. With their help everything came together better than I could have chosen myself. They educated me on the many types of paint finishes and their uses. This was my first visit to Atlantic Paint and it was very positive. The store is very open and bright. I found that within the store, there was a number of different lights to help decide what any colour would look like in your space. Everything was organized, and the prices were listed clearly. Marissa was very friendly in helping me choose the right type of paint and the tools I needed. I had come in with a colour in mind and she gently suggested that I compare it to another one that she recommends as well. The colour is perfect (head over heels). I am so happy to have the store so close to me. I highly recommend this location and always BM paints. They are a premium product and have an amazing assortment of shades. There are always perks to shopping in small owner operated stores like this, including having my profile information on file.

Horrible company to work for. Terrible management and organization. They call and text your personal phone during off hours. Low wages and no future opportunities. If your hired as a "full time driver", expect to spend 50% of your day in the warehouse. Employer has you wash vehicles in -5 weather. Poorly kept company vehicles. Steer clear!!!

We are doing a remodel of our house. Making a decision on a white color for kitchen, walls, trims, etc felt overwhelming. Bonita is knowledgeable and offered lots of ideas throughout the creative process. She even delivered paint draw downs to the house after hours and has been wonderful to work with.

I had a really great experience at this store. Marissa was very good at patiently helping my teenagers narrow down colour choices for their bedrooms. She also gently guided me with colour choices and made an account with clear, concise notes for our painter to use to avoid any confusion. We all felt very relaxed in this open calm space and really appreciated Marissa’s expertise!

Fantastic customer service. Fair or not, most people generally only respond to a "negative" retail customer service experience. I am happy to say Atlantic went over and above expectations to help us rectify an issue. I have been in customer service and sales for 20+ years, and their response to our issue was exceptional. This store, regardless of it being a paint and decorating store, had some of the best customer service we have experienced. Going as far as having an employee offer to drop our paint off on their way home after work… they don’t have to do that yet they do. They are also extremely friendly and always willing to help. We have purchased a lot of paint and supplies from this store over the last year and will continue to support them. Thanks for being so great!

I took in a 4 year old painted board from my exterior window and door trim and asked a sales rep, Kevin, to match it. He tried to match it with their machine and wasn't happy when it couldn't match it perfectly. He spent quite a while to get it right. And then he delivered it to my house....free. He told me to paint the whole board not to do “touch up” method because it may not match exactly. Well.... kudos to Kevin. I did do touch ups and they were absolutely perfect!! If you want paint and you want it right, go see these guys!!!
