Oh. My. Gosh. Absolutely the best Christmas store I’ve ever seen. An incredible selection of ornaments, village pieces (and many collections of them), and other decorations. On top of that, the neurotic person in me was incredibly impressed with the layout and organization of the sections. It was very easy to navigate throughout the store, and all of the sections made sense. Combine this with the Christmas music and I, a Christmas enthusiast, was very happy. Overall, an absolutely incredible experience. I look forward to shopping again in the future!

I was looking for a specific item and when I called they took the time to look in their inventory, they suggested other items of the same line which was helpful to add to the collection. I know that calling at the end of November, they are busy with the Christmas rush of shoppers so I really appreciated their time and all my questions that I had. They found the item I was looking for and shipped it out the next day.

Use to love coming in here but from time to time I've found multiple people in the store not wearing masks walking by employees and nothing being said. It's a shame there seems to be a lack of concern for safety. I've been coming here for year or so and just seems to be a bit on the decline. I use to get beautiful personalized ornaments and the last time I went I was so disappointed in the results. My last good experience was in May. I hope things can change and get better it was a great store!

Such an amazing store! Just a heads up: it's not accessible if you have any mobility issues. Lots of internal stairs. We had to carry our daughter, wheelchair and all, up and down so she could see all the amazing things. So much to choose from. Definitely a 'must see' during any Banff shopping.

I did not get into the spirit of Christmas! Didn't get a chance to go in with covid. Tried once. At capacity. Came back. 2 people came out. The rope was up. I asked if my boyfriend and I could go in. But she said no sorry - at capacity. Irritating.
