This Painter is included in the category of Water damage restoration service.
Worked 3 days last week with them, great people to work with
We recently had water damage to our bathroom which ultimately resulted in the bathroom having to be completely renovated. The water leak was first discovered when we noticed floor tiles cracked near the toilet. A closer look revealed the sub-floor was soaked and turning black. I was concerned about the potential of mold and contacted Service Master, to see if they could send someone over. Within an hour or so, McRae Fisher from Service Master was on site and inspecting the bathroom area. After his initial inspection, McRae found that the leak had spread underneath the tile area and into the adjacent bedrooms, on either side of the bathroom. McRae took the time to explain the issues to us and started the claim immediately. We were able to contact our insurance company and got our claim in the works right away. Throughout the entire process whenever we had questions, we were able to contact McRae directly or received timely call backs with answers. How refreshing to actually have someone answer your calls these days....or return it in a timely manner!!! Further, McRae worked with our insurance company (TD Insurance), and ensured that there was a smooth transition through each stage of the the process, resulting in everything being completed from start to finish in about three weeks....fantastic!! Additionally, McRae arranged for the appropriate tradesmen to attend at the appropriate times through the various stages of the demolition and repair. The tradesmen (and women) McRae sent over to us were nothing less than fantastic! Nothing like the horror stories I have heard from friends, who have had work performed at their houses by contractors. The work was flawless and the actual workers were friendly and obviously skilled. I would recommend Service Master to anyone who finds themselves in our position. Make sure you ask for McRae Fisher !!
Luckily the work has not started because the Estimate is poorly done. It is technically a Contract Agreement and it is incomplete. They did not itemize everything on it (i.e. table, sofa, chair, etc.) . Don't understand why and how they made calls on certain items to get cleaned, but another identical items not? Many items are not even listed out on the Contract. Oh boy.
Wouldnt hire based on how employees drive. Would bet $5 that other bad reviews that were not actually customers were people who nearly clipped and/or tail gated by fleet vehicles.
I work here I love all the teams that I work with but I don't get paid for the work I do
Unfortunately, we had to use Service Master at the office a few times this summer due to flooding. The team was great! They worked fast, professional and eager to help.
I recently had an insurance claim, Service Masters were wonderful to deal with, Sophie was my go to person and she was always very patient with my numerous calls to her, I am very happy with the work they did for me, I would highly recommend them, the customer service was exceptional.
Best commercial contractors in the buisness
Very professional, friendly, and sensitive to the nature of the work I required done after a severe house fire.
Place not recommended because they falsely advertised a job which never existed !!! back in the days of the fire up in Fort McMurray this company claim to have been contracted in to bring in workers they didn't bring anybody in so I don't recommend this company to anybody plus I've heard from people that work there many many many bad things so no this business gets a zero from me
We have had two claims unfortunately in the last few years. One exterior because of ice damming and one interior flood in our basement. With both claims Service Master was amazingly professional and efficient, taking great care in removal of our belongings, construction and replacement of our belongings and furniture. We would not even consider using any other company in a crisis.
Big shout out to McRae Fisher and his amazing crew: Della, Trung, Murray & Mike. I had an incredible experience with this team and their restore services. They were punctual, professional, great communication, fast and efficient. They were a power team! - Thank you so much for all your help with everything! Definitely recommend this Team!!
We had a rather large restoration project at the house. These guys are awesome to deal with. Would call/recommend them any day!
Very professional and efficient.
I have enjoyed working with service master and experienced first hand the safe and contained work they provide
Megan one of the Pm's with service master is extremely rude, unprofessional, and very disrespectful not only to clients but to staff as Well. The workers in the field even the ones that have started in the disaster restoration department are hard working and always remain respectful with a job done right. Thankyou
The technicians were very professional and did a better job cleaning the carpets than any other company we have used in the past.
So this review is a few months late, but earlier this year we had a small kitchen fire and we weren't sure if it was the kind of thing that we could/should clean up ourselves safely or if it was something we needed to get a restoration company in to do for us. Dave from Service Master went above and beyond and took time to talk to me on the phone and answer my questions. I appreciated his openness and honesty and willingness to help! He wasn't in a hurry to get off the phone and also wasn't trying to sell me all sorts of needless expensive services. Rather, he was just open and clear and up front about what he'd recommend. I'd recommend these guys if you need help with a disaster situation.
ServiceMaster is the right company to call!! My house required three bedrooms, two sets of stairs, a hallway and two other rooms that was ALL completed within the hour. The ServiceMaster staff member worked efficiently, wore covers on his shoes and made sure all areas were complete. Two thumbs up!! I would definately use ServiceMaster again!!
It was was really great dealing with the amazing team, spicily with Angel she was so kind and professional
If i could give zero stars I would. Dont use this company! Just rent a vacume from Safeway. Had this company come out this June they were in and out and in the process dented my railing in several spots taking the hose up and down stairs. Didn't get any stains out. Couldnt wait for him to leave and as soon as he did I ran to safeway to rent a machine myself. I literally did one swipe with the safeway machine and looked into the bucket and it was black. Service master didnt get any of the dirt out at all!! I went over all my carpets on my own and got them way cleaner on my own. I always thought a professional carpet company would get my carpets so much cleaner than the grocery store machine. What A CROCK!! If you dont want any damage done to your house and want clean carpets rent your own machine and do it yourself.
My House was damaged by the fire. However, ServiceMaster rebuilt everything from the ground up and was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Couldn't be happier with how they helped turned an unfortunate event into a happy one. Highly recommended!
Amazing company, very professional
Great response time, great work on repairs.
Three stars are not to qualify the general service but rather for killing the trust I had on them. They’re a good company with a great service. The companies working with them such as flatwalls and west valley flooring did an amazing service. However, Jason from service master asked me to sign the certificate of satisfaction and assured me that even after signing this, if there was anything to be fixed, they’ll take care of it. That was on August 21st. A couple of days later, I realized the frame damaged by the flooding was not fixed. I am still waiting for someone to come and fix it. Jason hasn’t been able to answer my calls and had emailed me two weeks ago to say that the carpenter will call me next week but I am still awaiting that call. Please don’t sign any certificate until you are really satisfied and after checking that everything to be fixed really is.
I'm writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional good work that Servicemaster has provided me through this mess of a flooded basement. A huge thank you to you and your team - they were amazing! Every person who came to my house: Braden, Jessie, Jon, Dustin the cement guy, Mario, Danielle and Jillian on the phone, Peter the carpet layer, the team of women who did the big pack up (can't recall all the names, sorry), Shayla and Jen today were all friendly, helpful, thoughtful, careful, efficient, and professional. You've got quite the team. And I'm sorry if I missed some names. But everyone was terrific. The final clean up and content reset was completed by noon today and the basement looks great. What a relief to have it done. Thank you very much, E.M. (posted on behalf of customer)
A great company. Have dealt with them for several years and have found that they operate with integrity.
It saddens me to have to write this after speaking very highly of servicemaster but due to a couple of unprofessional employees I am changing my review. I have not worked there in over 2 months and yet a few of my ex coworkers like to take it upon themselves to speak badly about me in a whatsapp group of employees sharing what would've been my schedule with everyone in the group. I would like to know where the confidentiality is? Unfortunately I am not the only victim of these. The person who fills in as the content manager when needed likes to belittle site supervisors as well. Very unprofessional!
So glad I was told to take a lot of pictures and so glad I record my calls for my own reference and protection. I have proof of the unprofessionalism of this company. Also I kept a watchful eye on the work. They did not follow the insurance companies instructions and then on the report tried to say it was my fault there were holdups. I kept in constant contact with my insurance adjuster, not only me but another 3rd party though the insurance provided, who again ServiceMaster did not listen to. Good job ServiceMaster manager good job! signed the USED, ABUSED AND THROWN TO THE CURB!!!!! UPDATE: The customer service from the general manager was just as bad as the on-site experience. Making up a lot of excuses, which alone I could prove wrong with photographic evidence that was provided to an employee, along with the calls and emails. The invoice from ServiceMaster alone provided proof that ServiceMaster is a deceitful company out to get all your insurance money for work not rendered, and items not used, OR work done by another company. They were ill prepared and this shows from management level down. They are excuse makes and money takes at the WORST and LOWEST points in people's lives.
My house got nailed in the hailstorm on August 2nd. My insurance company would only let me deal with this company. They didn't show for the first appointment. They came out and missed most of the damage. I had someone come out on my own, and they saw all the damage the first go round. The eavestrough damage could be seen by a 6 year old across the street yet they were missed, as was much of the roof. Service Master came out the second time and noted the eaves and still missed a bunch of damage. Then it took weeks for them to come out again, and still missed damage. They claimed they couldn't come back out because of snow on the roof; yet neighbors roofs were being worked on during this time and the snow on my roof had melted and they still didn't come out. Because of ServiceMaster, my claim took 3 months to resolve. They overcharge like crazy- their quote for my eaves was twice as much as what I paid!! They quoted one slope of my roof...and the quote was almost half the price of what I paid for the whole building to get done!! The owner was nice when I dealt with him, so was the assistant Greg, but the Project Manager Matt was not efficient, or apologetic, or nice. Obviously the crew they hired to inspect was inefficient to say the least. And oh those prices!!
We live in a RV. While driving from one space to another, the water line under our bed was punctured soaking the carpet. We could dry out the carpet around the bed but not underneath it. My wife called several remediation companies. Doris at ServiceMaster was the only person she talked to that gave her the comfort that removing the water from the space. ServiceMaster said they expected they could dry our the space in a day. Personally, I expected it to take three days. Doris and the staff at ServiceMaster of Calgary were professional and exuded competence and confidence. Doris checked in with us the afternoon after we dropped off the trailer to tell us how things were going. The next morning she called to say everything was dry, 8 hours ahead of schedule. My wife was ecstatic. When we arrived she gave us a package to support our insurance claim. The cost was less than I expected. Keep and overperform on your promises, a sign of a consummate professional. I hope we never have to use its services again, but if we do, ServiceMaster will be the first company we call.
We had a water claim in our downstairs bathroom and laundry room. Servicemaster was amazing!! Prompt, professional, caring and very informative. I wish I could say the same for my insurance company!!! Servicemaster helped us out, and provided us with alot of peace of mind. I have already recommended them to everyone at work!
I can not say enough good things about the work, communication and professionalism of ServiceMaster. Matt was very good at keeping the communication open, checking up on the work that was completed and having something redone if he felt it wasn't up to standard (even if we didn't notice ;). Dominique communicated the timeline to us and they all made sure it was completed as promised with no interruptions to our office work hours.
company came out to our home did a great job but left behind some ugly mistakes and spills i contacted the company and they came out within a week to fix the problems now our family is greatly appreciated we have a newer looking home after they have cleaned up their mess Gotta say thanks to jeff from service master as i phoned him about my Christmas lights that where on my house prior to the renovation when i moved back to my home lights where missing so jeff and service master went out and bought me my lights for Christmas.. Do remember this company only has a limited warranty against the work they do so make sure you find the problems quickly as my house is now failing to make codes after 6 years after the job has been done Thanks again for the great reputation you guys have and responses Tyler......
I work for them part time. They are professional and respectful people to work with. They treat their Customers with Care and Professionalism.
Very satisfied with the work completed. Crew was meticulous, friendly and eager to help. They deserve a pay raise. Only complaint was the length of time it took from demo to completion of repairs was 3 months.
We had a flood in our home on July 2. Within 30 minutes of making the call to ServiceMaster, we had a site supervisor at our home. Within 2 hours of that we had gentlemen at our home bringing fans to dry out walls, floors etc. Consistent great work on the communication and also the coordination of repairing our home. We needed asbestos abatement, a complete gut of our basement area, drywall, painting, new flooring up and downstairs. A huge job that was completed within 2.5 weeks which included packing up our house and brining all furniture and boxes back and setting up and cleaning. Jason, our site supervisor, was incredible, consistently checking with us, dropping by to ensure work was going as expected. Amazing service! I would highly recommend this company for any kind of issues!!!!!
I just wanted to say thanks to Adam and the team he assembled to help restore my home. They found Asbestos in my home and he did everything in his power and more to ensure the safety of my family and to relieve all the stresses that come with that both financial and emotional. He is the best!
Service Master was very easy to deal with and the customer service is outstanding. All of the trades that work with Service Master are very professional and the quality of work is of the highest level.
We recently had an insurance claim that Service Master was in charge of. Their communication and scheduling of repairs was as promised and their trades were courteous and knowledgeable. ( It was a nice surprise due to numerous past experiences with contractors that were not as skilled or on time.) Truthfully, we had a bad experience with this company some years back but they have redeemed themselves and we would not hesitate to recommend them now. Thanks especially to our Site Supervisor (James) and Jillian at the office.
ServiceMaster was awesome...we have kids and a dog and they were able to clean up the stains on our carpet this past fall. They were professional and SHOWED UP ON TIME!!! They were even a few minutes early. The carpet was cleaned in the morning and dry before the kids came home. We had 3 bedrooms, bonus room, stairs and our living room cleaned and it was quick and low cost. On a side note, we had another company clean the carpets from a flood at our office and they did a terrible job. It is very clear that choosing ServiceMaster was the smartest choice and from now on, I will refer them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning done. Thanks!
I experienced water damage due to a flood, and from my first contact with ServiceMaster, all the employees I encountered were amazing. During such a difficult time (the initial demolition of damaged drywall, etc and the required drying process), the team members that came to do the work were always responsive, communicative and professional, but also extremely kind, caring and compassionate. Likewise, their ability to forecast the amount of time required to complete the work was right on time. All the contractors that completed the various tasks were all very courteous, professional and communicative as well. Although Covid-19 has impacted so many businesses' ability to schedule and carry out required work, ServiceMaster's communication, responsiveness and overall standard of work were all an extremely high level of quality. Thanks again to all the team at ServiceMaster that helped me through the difficult situation and organized the restoration of my home, and doing so with professionalism, compassion and humanity.
Work really done Professionally. No need to follow up. Everything taken care on time. Would Recommend to everybody VT
We had a small leak in our kitchen that ran down the wall into the basement. While we were able to take care of the cupboard portion, the basement wall was still wet and water actually ran out the side of the house! Yikes! This is the thing about water - it's gonna go where it's gonna go. ServiceMaster was chosen by our insurance. Braden came out to assess the damage and an hour later a workman came out to cut a hole in the wall. The dehumidifier and fan ran 24/7 for a few days and thankfully there was no sign of mold. Now the waiting began and about two and a half months later the hole in the wall was fixed. We left town for the weekend and came back thrilled to find the wall looked like the leak had never happened! It was scary when the leak happened as it was the first time we had ever experienced this kind of damage as homeowners, but ServiceMaster sees it every day. All the staff were so friendly and truly caring. They worked around our schedules and the communication was great. I have pet birds and I was concerned about dust and odors. I was unable to move them off site during the repair, but they all did well. My concerns were heard and I appreciated all that was done to lessen dust and odors such as low VOC paint. The one part of the repair where I could have used more clarity was off-site storage. I didn't understand, nor expected, that a small crew would show up to pack everything in the basement up although I did expect they would move and tarp furniture. Like most houses, our basement had become a dumping ground and the leak was a huge motivator to get rid of stuff we had been hanging on to for years. Thanks to the leak and ServiceMaster, we had an opportunity to turn it into a functional room again. I might have done a little less work, but it was no big deal :).
I contacted Service Master because they advertise 24/7 emergency cleaning. I had an emergency, I called and told them it was an emergency the person who answered said they just take my info, they don't do the bookings, but the booking department would call me right away.....I have yet to be contacted. I just hired another cleaner who has already helped me before I ever got a call back from Service Master. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.
Service Masters was chosen by my Condo Board and overall that was a good choice. The front desk staff member, Roberta, was excellent at getting my calls through to my rep, Dominique.. Dom responded professionally and with sincere empathy for my misfortune due to a serious flood from the unit above me. She worked diligently on all aspects. The crew that worked on my unit was slower than I liked and took several 'smoke' breaks. Also on the move-in date the delivery truck had a small accident and tried to cancel but I was able to successfully press them to continue with the delivery. In my opinion, that situation could have been handled better by Service Masters personnel. Packing and unpacking was performed with care although slow at times.
Jim, Dominique and Matt were such a stellar team: our project was long and complicated and had many delays, I am happy for their concern and communication, it really helped calm our anxiety about our home and what would happe, specially when we found further issues; In the end it was great to just let them do their thing and coordinate some great trades and service, would recommend! Also best of luck to anyone with a claim, it's a large disruption, specially these days!
We had a basement flood in 2016. ServiceMaster was dispatched by our insurance company. I was charged for emergency service, even though they showed up more than 24 hours after the call. Further, the crew stacked up the furniture *in the low point of the basement*, something which I pointed out, and was corrected. This was fortunate as we discovered the source of the flooding a few days later when it was repeated...and it was my observation that saved us from further loss, not Service Master. But what really pushed the review down to one-star was the bill. Based on standard rates, we were billed just over $4000. The amount was based on the dimensions of the basement and services performed. Except the dimensions were larger than the actual rooms. Also, cleanup was based on the entire basement having flooded, when in fact less than half had flooded. Our insurance adjuster was absolutely no help, but the ServiceMaster PM was willing to discuss it. When he returned, we measured the basement together and looked at photos I had taken of the flooding. The bill was reduced by about $1000. I considered returning one star for this, however I don't think I will. After all, it was me that noticed the exaggeration, marked up the bill with a detailed critique and chased SM to come back and look at the bill again. I shouldn't have to get a tape measure out to verify billing to the extent of 25%. And when I'm paying for emergency service, I expect rapid response.
Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. My insurance company recommended Service Master to repair my family room ceiling that had been damaged from water due to a leaking roof. First, while removing the old stippling, they had to take extra precautions because they found asbestos in the old stipple. So they set up tarps, a fan to blow dust outside and a shower. All that was good. After the old material was stripped away they took down the safety equipment and tore a good strip of paint off my wall - in my hallway. Then, because we were unable to access our laundry area for the week it took to remove the stippling, my wife decided to do some laundry. What we didn't know was that the ServiceMaster crew had removed the washing machine drain hose from the pipe so ... when the washer drained then rinsed then drained again - all the water flooded our bathroom, our laundry room and our crawlspace. But, mistakes happen, right? So we called them and they came over with some drying equipment and we got to listen to those for a few days. When they did the ceiling, the first attempt was pitiful. The stippling did not match the existing stippling. They missed a huge area they on the bulkhead and the drywall seams were plainly evident. On the second attempt - the stippling did not match and the drywall seams were plainly evident. But they got the bulkhead! On the third attempt the stippling did not match and the drywall seams were plainly evident. That's when I was told they would send in a professional ceiling company. Really?? After three attempts they're going to send in professionals? Not the first time? Really?? Anyway, the fourth attempt I could STILL see the drywall seams through the much better quality stippling so I contacted that contractor about the seams. He told me that ServiceMaster had not told him about the drywall seams so, when he originally came over and saw the poor stippling, he thought that was the only problem and fixed that. Only when I talked to him did he understand the full complaint. He came over, saw the problem and ... after six attempts and four months, my tiny family room was stippled. I won't even discuss the amount of cleaning my wife and I had to do after the original stippling crew did their work. The professional crew managed to do a far better job containing the drywall dust. While that was going on, my wife asked the painter if we could change the colour of the wall they had damaged since they were going to paint it anyway. No, that was too much trouble, they told her, because the original colour was red and my wife wanted a lighter colour. During this time, I explained to ServiceMaster in full the problems I was having with the poor quality of work. Not once did they meet with me in my home to see what I was complaining about. I was so disgusted with their work I decided I would repair the walls and floors they had damaged myself because, frankly, I was sick and tired of their presence in my home. I was seriously trying to find a way to avoid stippling the ceiling but couldn't so, because I have no clue how to do that, I had to go with what ServiceMaster sent me. Thankfully, as I said, the professional they finall sent knew his business and I was well pleased with this work. As for the reflooring and painting, I may be a surveyor and not a home renovator but I firmly believe that even a amateur like me could do better work than what I was receiving! Oh ... and that extra trouble it was supposed to take to repaint the red wall they damaged a lighter colour? Two coats of paint and I was done. My wife was very happy with the colour. Must have taken me a whole extra fifteen minutes. Never, never again will I use them for any service.
We had a water leak that caused damaged throughout our building. Jim had boots on the ground within an hour, mitigating the moisture infiltration in our water damaged areas. Once the water was dried out and the damaged drywall removed. Matthew brought in painters, carpenters, and drywall installers to repair all affected areas. You would never know what happen once they commissioned their work and cleared out. Service master project managers handle the crews so you don't have to be constantly monitoring the progress and attention to detail like you might with other venders. Another job well done. See you guys next flood.
We hired service master in July when our basement flooded. They came right away and did a timely and good job. During the work they were present and communicated well. We had a bit of an issue with a couple of problems that needed revisiting and although there was a bit of delay they were very receptive to feedback and took the necessary steps to correct it. Overall a great company and would recommend them to others!
We are the second owners of the house. Before we bought it in 2014, the roof had been completely redone in 2011 after the hail storm in 2010. The roofers that laid the underlayment (felt) did not cut out a hole for the air from the fan in one of the bathrooms to escape. Moreover, when I began to cut the underlayment from the attic, I discovered that there was no roof vent installed at all. I climbed on the roof to see maybe it was installed but not aligned with the hole that had been cut out by the builder. To my surprise and shock there was none. The team just covered the hole by underlayment and shingles. The fan blows the air but where will it go if there is neither hole nor vent? And as you know when warm air meets with cold, the moisture forms and when much is accumulated it leaks out. From the attic it leaked through the ceiling. When I contacted ServiceMaster, they said how they could not know if any work was done after theirs? If they could think logically, they would realize, that if there was any work done after theirs, the client would not contact us. He would contact the company who did any work after them. The paper from TD insurance that was given to us by previous owner clearly shows that ServiceMaster installed 3 vents but in fact there are 2 only. They don't even want to send someone to investigate this matter. Despite the fact that their warranty is only 3 years and the work was done in 2011, warranty on stupidity should never have an expiration date. I don't recommend to anyone to deal with them.
Thanks to McRae Fisher (Project Manager), Jason Bercier (Supervisor), Bailey Nickel (Project Coordinator) and the whole ServiceMaster Calgary team for the work they did in restoring our home after a flood which affected all three levels of our home this past winter. The project included replacement of hardwood flooring on two levels of the house and the staircase between them and complete replacement of our kitchen cabinets. Their work, including coordination of the various subcontractors, was done in a professional and timely manner with attention to the quality of the finished work and the detail that involved.
Communication of my appointment was clear and accurate. The service techs showed up on schedule. I had some serious stains from pets and the carpet is 10+ years old but Service Masters made it look like new! I wasn't able to be home when they were doing the service due to a conflict in schedule but the guys left me a detailed note thanking me for my business and giving me a name & phone # to reach them if I had any questions or concerns. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done! Thanks Service Master!!
10 out of 10! ServiceMaster’s entire team showed integrity and professionalism during our water related kitchen repair project. There were difficulties in the project but ServiceMaster always responded by ensuring that the work was finished to everyone’s highest standards…and that we ( home owners) felt completely informed and supported. We could not be more pleased with how all their staff treated us respectfully and worked to ensure detailed excellence.
We had ServiceMaster replace the man door on our garage after a break in. We were very pleased with the finished product.
I used ServiceMaster to replace my skylights and fix a leaky roof. They were on time, no surprises and the staff were very knowledgeable.
This past winter we had some ice damming on our rental property on both sides. We hired one company to do the job only to find that they were not capable of communicating with us and after several weeks we decided to contact Service Master and were pleasantly surprised that from the first phone call to the office to dealing with Greg the job was done in a timely manner and we always knew where we were at. Next time we will know who to contact first.
Service Master responds in a timely manner and has professional team of people who ensure the job gets done. Excellent work!
My mother in-law had a flood. I called Marcie at Service Master for some disaster help and within an hour, Marcie and Jim Bourlon arrived at the hours and started assessing the damage. 20 minutes after that a crew was at the door and started the restoration process. They are such a professional organization and I would never hesitate to call them when I need help. I recommend Service Master to everyone I know when disaster strikes.
Will not use you guys again.
great service and professional work...my only comment is that there was a strong odor remaining from the stipple ceiling spray...otherwise satisfied with the result.
I recently had a water loss in my home and Service Master Calgary were the responding restoration contractor. Adam Bell and his team were amazing to work with. They were clean, polite, prompt and so helpful. Adam's communication was excellent and his easy going personality definitely helped in such a stressful situation.
This company has amazing customer service; all the people that supported me and helped out after a devastating fire were the absolute BEST!
They were right on schedule which was really important as we were expecting guests. They laid out a game plan and followed it to the T. Very organized between different trades… The project manager came in overlooked process a few times and once finally on completion. Very pleased with the results and timeliness.
Extremely unprofessional management & office staff; improperly trained staff & disgusting standards, especially in the Medical Facilities.. Run by the most dishonest twisted individuals ive met!
I have worked with Service Master for almost a decade and I relied on this company for my clients with my Property Management portfolio. The Account Manager Jim and his team Dominque and Matt have given exceptional service. Reports are given within 24-48 hours, the clean up, and re-built work provided comes with top quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to refer this company in the future. Thank you Team!
The team was responsive, easy to work with and professional. I’d work with them again.
Decent staff. Decent work done
Following a fire at our home Service Master was assigned to project manage everything from clean up and restoration through the entire rebuild and made a nightmare situation as tenable as anyone could have imagined. I sent this email to them and stand by it wholeheartedly now that we are back home. As we continue to unpack boxes and put our lives back together it's hard not to look back over the last year and the surreal emotional roller coaster we rode throughout. I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how big a roll you played in keeping me sane throughout, not to mention all of the actual work you did to the house to make the fire seem like a figment of imagination. Angel, you were so considerate and patient and prompt with all my questions, (some smarter than others) it was such a relief to have someone show a genuine interest in the well being of a strangers home and family, I can't possibly thank you enough. You were quick to answer any questions and stay on top of any concerns and gave us such a sense of comfort having you at our disposal which I'm sure I unintentionally took advantage of. I'm sure seeing my number show up or email appear so frequently must have been exhausting but you never made me feel like it was a burden, which can't be the case, I contacted you more than my mom calls me...that is A LOT! Anyways, as this all wraps up I just wanted to pass along our gratitude. We're quite social people and hope that we can spread our extremely positive experience with enough people that benefits your business directly as I can't imagine being more satisfied following such a dramatic event. I wish I were a better writer (at least i'm better than the season 8 GOT writers...yes i'm still going on about that) and could more eloquently express our gratitude, but I really just don't have the words. Ryan, you said you'd take care of us, you put our minds at ease from day 1 and you delivered on your promise, thank you. Angel your level of service was above and beyond anything we would have expected, you're a true asset to that company, although I believe Tina Turner wrote that 'simply the best' song about jumbo sour soothers, it could easily be you she's referring to, thank you. Jeron deserves some shout out too but I don't have his email. He came in late but took care of everything and ensured everything was done to a high standard, what a stud. Thanks again, so very much. The Dyer's
Service Master was above and beyond amazing. Mcrae and his team cleaned up everything and then supported us through the restoration. They made sure everything was done right. The quality of their subcontractors and the quality of their work was exceptional. I hope we never need them again BUT they will be the First people we call. Frankly, even if we have a non emergency need to renovate, I would be wanting some of their trades to do it, the workmanship was that good. Lastly, they were not done until we were happy, that is why you want them when a flood happens.
The ServiceMaster team provided us with excellent service from start to finish. The project lead visited our site and provided a clear estimate of the work involved. The team that executed the clean-up was everything we could hope for. They showed up when promised, worked very hard, were personable & professional and explained everything they were doing. Bin delivery, placement and removal were all handled by ServiceMaster and done very well. I recommend ServiceMaster for any clean-up work you need. We will certainly use them again if we need any other of the many services they offer.
The quality of the work was excellent. It was impossible to tell that water damage repairs had been done. As important, the work was done quickly and in accordance with the estimated time frame.
16 months ago my son and I experienced the trauma of seeing our home ablaze. Reflecting on the experience I am filled with gratitude for the different supports that have helped us recover . Without a doubt SM Staff.were an Outstanding. Support after tbe fire. I see them grouped with other first responders such as fireman, police ...Their kindness and concern for giving support to me really mattered to rebuild my emotional well being. SM. staff / team were professional, empathetic, organized, factual and approachable to questions and concerns I had after the fire. They outlined the process that would bring my fuzzy head back to wanting to rebuild our home. They reviewed and respected changes I wanted on the rebuild and directed me to helpful sources. Their kindness, consideration and work ethic warmed my heart. It takes special people to make SM what it represents: helpfulness, care, and responsible action In everyway , T.hank-you SM staff for all that you did for us to rebuild our home after the house fire.
ServiceMaster's entire team - from the project lead, through the site manager, scheduler and trades - delivered a fantastic job in a thoroughly professional manner. From the very moment that they were on site to assist with the immediate results of our flood, through the work to repair the damage, ServiceMaster never stopped communicating, showing up when they said they would and delivering a great result. I could not recommend them enough.
We had ServiceMaster deal with water damage that occurred when a newly renovated upstairs bathroom developed a leak. ServiceMaster came out and dried everything out and then set about returning the damage back to original condition. The trades they brought in were top notch and treated our home as they would their own. Would recommend them to family and friends.
