If you're going to hire this company make sure you don't live in a neighborhood with children or elderly people. One of their work trucks just blew through a 4 lane intersection on a full red and almost hit me in the crosswalk on 14th and northmount drive 11:34am. I'm really glad I was paying attention and was able to get out of the way, because they didn't even attempt to slow down (probably texting).

I had a flood in my basement and this company did wonderful work. The people were easy to deal with, informative and everything was completed in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Paul Davis to anyone with restoration needs.

We had water damage that we weren't sure if we had properly dried out so we had Paul Davis come and check everything out. They were very good at communicating, very responsive and even looked a couple of areas we hadn't considered. Very professional and would call again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Paul Davis and the staff!!! As soon as they were aware of my emergency I received a call immediately and a crew was in my home helping me!! They answered all my questions and concerns quickly and with care and understanding for my loss...Even when I called the office directly and spoke to a gal Melissa she knew all about my situation and how to help me without having even been to my home!! We noted that we had some water spots on our ceilings and decided to give Paul Davis a call. We had someone come over in an hour and they did an excellent job letting us know what the issues were and what the next steps should be. They really helped us feel a lot better and they didn’t even charge us the inspection fee! Thank you very much.

The job they were hired for was half completed at best. The workers left pooled water in the ceiling with mold, and we had to have them come back. We were told they would send a contractor for the window leak but we didn't hear from them at all. My husband was finally able to get a hold of Paul and was told that because we were not an insurance claim we were not a priority. Do not recommend their services, we had to hire someone else to actually finish the mold damage and fix the leak.

They did my home estimate 2 times missing many things not in estimate these guys not doing great job. Do not hire these guys didn't do professional estimate without they inform u enter in the property they just took pic take it to office writing down estimate who did estimate that's different guy he don't know anything because someone took the pic unprofessional. So please don't hire these guys

The staff were efficient, courteous, and above all, considerate of two seniors trying to deal with life and unexpected difficulties. We recommend Paul Davis to anyone coping with tragic incidents while living in a house. A person doesn't appreciate the difficulty restoration and repair of flooding, until it happens.

The best building restoration service company I've ever come across. Jay is a thorough professional and very meticulous. The work was done accurately, immaculately and timely. Mendy at the office is awesome with excellent customer service skills. Kelly the Hail Claim Administrator is fabulous and was very very cooperative and quick in helping resolve the issue. We had a leak in our laundry room upstairs that leaked into our dining room on the main floor. We called Paul Davis and they came right away. We dealt with Justin O'Brien and he was very professional and answered any questions we had. He never rushed but took his time to explain the process. My EX- landlord called to tell me that Paul Davis Restoration had moved my stuff from the storage locker to their office. I immediately called to see if I could go get some of my stuff that I still wanted, plus a whole closet I had forgot about at the time of packing. Ken said that Melissa would call me, when I didn't receive a call from her I called him back. He said she had left a message, but she hadn't. I waited a day and called and left a message with Melissa asking if I could PLEASE PLEASE come get some of my stuff I had forgot as some of the things, like patterns for the clothing, I make and sell are irreplaceable and priceless, but she never called or text me back. A couple days later I called the main office and asked to speak with someone other than Melissa because she obviously was TOO BUSY or something to get back to me, but the lady who answered said that Melissa was the only person who would know how to help me, so I left my email in case she had broke her phone and just couldn't call. To this day I never received a response. I'm guessing ALL my stuff is now gone, I call this theft. If I didn't owe Legal Aid I would have pursued this in other ways. I'm not here to say don't use Paul Davis Restoration because it was NOT the company that screwed me... it was this... Melissa person. The very saddest part about this is that she KNEW that my husband just died in that apartment the week before and I just wanted out of there! Is it so hard to believe that I forgot to take some of MY things!!! I had left some valuable articles because the person I was subletting from told me that he had to pay 4000$ for the body removal and I wanted to help to pay for that the only way I could. The guy whom I was renting from, told me ALL he took was my 60$ Bolt cutter and the 40$ Level. He left EVERYTHING else! Reverse table 350$ 2 new foam mattresses 600$ My mac book pro 1000$ two book cases 150$ my books Himalayan Salt Lamp 30$ Two tool kits 120$ Tools dremel My Vape and Liquid HDMI cable New air purifier 150$ Material for my sewing 1000$ Serger for sewing 800$ Baritone Ukulele 60$ Cash that I was hiding from William. There is more... but whatever right....I will never use this company in the future, nor recommend it, even if just on principal. Much love people. Be safe out there, it's a wild wild world:)(:
