I hired king’s renovation to finish my basement, Ziad is very helpful and honest , he provide quality work, his pricing is fair and his staff is courteous and professional. He doesn’t close the project until his client is satisfied. The project was successfully completed on schedule and within the allocated budget. The level of service and responsiveness to inquiries and issues was consistently excellent. certainly exceeded our expectations with his work, when he said something will get done, it got done. He were on top of things without having to be constantly monitored, and if he had to make a discretionary decision, it was a good one. It had been a gruelling and quite stressful experience to have had a number of contractors come, see the project, go through the expenses, agree and compromise back and forth for us, newbies in home reno. When we purchased this fixer upper home, we saw a lot of dollar.signs all over. When we were ready to go through the process of finding a good and fair contractor, it was not as easy as we expected. We have met a few that would have almost ripped us, or would have started and not finish amidst the current pandemic situation as well. Ziyad was chosen for his easy going, factual.amd fair estimate. It took us homeowners a while.back to contact and make a deal with Ziyad. Or we wouldn't have done the reno at this time. As soon as he had the vision of what we're to do according to priority and funds, we knew we chose the right guy for us! Ziyad was precise on this project, he would chat with us on a timely manner and he had a few good helpers that delivered a good job on electrical, plumbing etc. When we had to compromise a few things due to funds, he was at most helpful in giving us options and value for what we thought was a luxury and or a necessity. The exchange of ideas and the openness in communication was very important as we ourselves have never dealt with renovation let alone someone do a handy work for us. We were pleased with the outcome of our basement, cannot imagine now how it looked like before. That part we want to forget now that we settled in nicely after his work. We will definitely recommend Ziyad to anyone who will need a renovation project done. Working with Ziyad was easy breezy as for his personality is very professional and kind. We had anticipated this reno to be filled with anxiety and disappointment but we were so relieved to have had this with him and his company, so thank you very much Ziyad! And to any future projects!

The fence looks great and my neighbour is very happy with it too. Part2: I had Ziad redo my deck after such a great job on the fence. The deck is beautiful. Again, he started when he said he would, finished on time (except for an annoying snow interruption, he was here everyday until done). Also, made changes that improved the look of the deck on the way. Great care in ensuring it was well done. thank you Ziad!
