The work they have requested has always been carefully explained and organized and they have always paid their invoices within 30 days without incident.

My firm worked as a subcontractor for this company. We completed the work responsibly and professionally. In fact, it was a very difficult, dirty and labour intensive job, which we completed after hours and for which we paid our employees overtime to get the job done. The work was accomplished quickly and efficiently with no downtime for the International Fast Food Chain involved. JSK was paid for the work. Now they will not pay us. Buyer beware - you may have subcontractors lien your property if your general contractor does not pay them.
