Terrible company. They delivered brand new washer/dryer combo from LG. On the first run the machines were making horrendous noises that could be heard all the way down the hall. I had to call 4 different Rona numbers, and kept getting passed from one store or customer service number to another. No one took any responsibility for the machines until finally on-line chat customer service said the company had 0 responsibility after installation. This makes no sense as you cannot test this type of product until it is installed by their technicians, which I also paid for. Further, this is contradictory to the consumer protection act which gives me 10 days to cancel any good or service after installation from the merchant (not the manufacturer).

This store looks small from the outside, but inside it’s quite big and they have everything you need. Obviously there’s less selection than one of the big-box Rona stores, but I was able to quickly find the items I needed, including an obscure type of light bulb. They also have a big barbecue area in the basement, which I’ll definitely be visiting in the spring. The staff were courteous and helpful, and prices were on par with any other hardware store. Highly recommend this neighbourhood hardware store!
