Appointment for submission at 10 am sunday. Texted us at 10:30am to say they cannot make it because they dont feel well after us waiting 30 mins and driving to the house for the appointment (we dont live at the house we want to renovate yet) . First time seeing such an unprofessional company. Consider first before wasting your time calling them. Vince.

We hired Raj consructions to rebuild our deck that was rotting. I went with my gut feeling as I hired them without any previous personal references to go by. And I'm glad I did. They were very professional. Showed up on time, worked hard and got the job done within a week (as he had initially planned). The end result was also very nice. I have recommended them to two close contacts so far. The pricing is also fair which is very appreciated in this industry (he had gotten 2 other quotes which were much more expensive and vague in the details). No surpises at the end either in terms of extra work.

Raj keeps his words. He completes the job before the deadline. Yes, he takes deposit in advance, but he sticks around until the job is done properly instead of running with the money, which is very common in the construction industry. Another positive quality of his is that he takes one job at a time. Unlike most other construction companies he does not take more jobs than he can handle. He takes less projects, but makes sure each and every one of them are done properly before he moves onto the next one. The overall quality of his work is also very good, and I have no complaints whatsoever about it.

I would like to share my experience with this company. The truth is I am very grateful for their work and professionalism and secondly for people not to be fooled by people who offer renovation work at reduced prices since it can later cost them dearly. It all started a few months ago when, to save on renovation we hired the services of an unlicensed person who offered the same job for much less money, this person said to have carried out several projects and have enough experience in addition to showing us several photos of projects that seemed very good executed. We decided to hire his services because he would do more work and we will save more money! SERIOUS ERROR! Two months after the renovation work ended we started to have problems with electricity, plumbing, the wood floor moved and other problems occurred. We were not able to contact this person who did the work since he did not want to be responsible for the job done poorly and since he was not registered or did not have insurance, our only option was to hire the services of a professional and pay again. I am very grateful to my friend Megan who recommended me the work of Raj constructions after learning my story. So we decided to hire his services and after an analysis of the situation he showed us what was wrong and after signing a contract he proceeded to fix our basement with great professionalism and punctuality. I am very satisfied with the work done by Raj and the difference is huge, several months have passed and Raj communicates still with us to know how we feel with the renovations. without a doubt working with a professional and paying the right price is a lot. better than having headaches to save a few dollars that can later result in something more expensive.
