I wonder if the owner/mechanic has changed his character or not.. I got over charged in many occasions... He will never say that he cannot find the problem... He will start changing all the part till he hits the defective part... Wow what a mechanic ... He doesn't know how to find the real problem.. He kept my car for over 5 weeks still he was telling that he had cars ahead of me .. Wow ... He is very fast in changing oil and tire ... 1 time he charged me 4 hours to change radiator and other mechanics charges 1 - 1.5 hours ... He is more expensive than Canadian tire... Good Luck shopper choosing Mr. Auto as your mechanic..

I have been to this garage twice. First time, I had a recently purchased vehicle and needed tie rods and a bearring changed. The mechanic knew the tie rods needed to be replaced quickly as driving with loose ones can be extremely dangerous. He called me as soon as a courtesy car became available and fixed it in a day. I had mutliple quotes done and this garage was the best price for the overall service and gave me multiple options as to the quality and price I was willing to pay for my new pieces. He offered great advice based on my personal car use. He also showed me my old car parts and answered all questions I had. The second time I went after buying new breaks myself and trying to change them but I noticed my caliper was not working properly. I brought my car in and they gave me a curtosy car. They inspected my breaks and called 2h after I left to tell me the changes needed and the price. I am more than happy as, once again, the price is more than acceptable. The piece alone, I had been quoted at another store, was 95% of his price which also included installation and replacement of my already purchased breaks! In addition to this, both times I was given a quote and both times I didn't pay a penny more than what was estimated- they also did extra touch ups and did not charge more as they believed they were simple touch ups. For example, they welded a piece back together as they noticed it was loose while my car was jacked up. If you need a garage that does not take advantage of you, works quickly, offers courtesy cars without extra charge, gives professional, and most importantly, honest advice, go to Mr. Auto. You will not regret it!

Left my car there for a clutch replacement. Job was well done but when I got it back, there was paint spots all over the back end. They have a paint shop next door. When I called to mention it, of course they told me its not their fault. Not to mention that they added an extra 50$ to the price that was discussed before doing the job. Extremely unprofessional ????????
