This mechanic shop is honest and friendly. Labor and part costs are reasonable and on the less costly side compared to most shops in Montreal. The owner and the previous owner who semi-retires have rich experiences, they started fixing cars probably before some customers were born. They are really honest people. I've seen several times that they list all issues that they found, and told the customer what should be fixed and what could be left along. Their reputation earns enough work that they wouldn't even consider fixing unnecessary things just for the money. Highly recommended!

I went in with a dead car battery from leaving the lights on and a broken hood release latch. He told me my alternator needed replacement and gave me an estimate for 3-400 for parts plus labour. He didn't run any tests on the alternator, just put a voltmeter on the battery with the car off to demonstrate that it needed replacement. I declined and replaced the old battery with a new one. Runs great now. Friendly service though.
