We appreciate the high attention to detail put into the body work at Fix Auto Lachine. The quality and finish is spectacular. We've had a bit of bad luck with our VW's.. VW Golf: When I purchased my "certified" Golf TDI from VW, I discovered a few hidden body defects. I had Fix Auto document and repair the rocker panel welding, trunk alignment and door painting because I didn't trust VW to do a good job. After those repairs, I had more bad luck. My car was side swiped while it was parked. Fix Auto took care of the insurance claim for me and the passenger side was repainted. VW Tiguan: The passenger doors were repainted after being struck by a snow plow. Then the driver's side was vandalized and needed to be repainted. Our vehicles look new again! Thank you Fix Auto for taking the time to ensure the job was done to our very high standards. (typical VW people, we know!) We're happy customers. Our 2013 VW Tiguan and 2015 VW Golf look new again.

The owner yelled at my boyfriend for not wearing a mask OUTSIDE and when we found a mask for him to wear to go ask one simple question he still refused to offer him service while still SCREAMING at him. We've never felt so disrespected. We were polite the entire time. Some people dont know how to act, including those guys. DONT GO THERE.

Have never faught with someone after giving them a compliment, but after asking if that was the cheapest they could do for the parts requested, the manager started yelling that they only get the best parts and if i wasn't happy that i should go elsewhere... so i complimented his grit, and he further had no tact and continued yelling. I came in needing a bumper replacement, somehow i get quoted for 1,500$. Guys i just wanted my bumper fixed, don't try to fix the entire car when it isnt even worth 1000$.

The treatment I received from Fix Auto Lachine was horrible, the manager is very callous. On the day of my appointment, I left Saint hyacinth under a serious snow storm and drove for almost an hour. Upon arrival, the shop was closed, I had to wait for almost 20 minutes. When the manger and his staff came, I raised my concern, he told me that he is human and had to drive all the way from valley-field in the storm (that was very rude). From my calculations, Saint Hyacinthe is farther than Valleyfield, but I came on time despite the storm. Furthermore, they didn’t even know where they had parked the courtesy vehicle. It took them another 20 minutes to locate the car. When the courtesy vehicle arrived, I was shocked, it had no gas (completely empty), no windshield washer fluid, was extremely dirty, stinky with dog fur everywhere (See pictures below). When I complained, they said it is winter and cars are dirty. The manager said “that’s how the previous customer returned the car and that if that is a problem to yu, sit and wait for a couple of minutes so I will send my boy to rush to the nearby gas station and put $10 of gas for you”. I said no need, I took the vehicle to a car wash, then later bought windshield washer fluid and gas. Had to spend almost $50 on the car before I could even use it. The worst part: I got a call to come over and collect my vehicle. When I arrived, they requested I sign all the papers so I could collect my car. But upon inspection, I realized my car had a big bump on the right side. And when I confronted the manager, he said my car was repaired, parked on the street and someone hit it. Why would a company repair a customer’s car and park it on a vulnerable street? Even if that was true, why wasn’t I initially informed before signing the papers? I guess, he wanted to rush me to I sign the papers and then he puts the damage on me. I said I can’t take my car in that state, then the manger told me there is nothing they can do about it, that I will have to call my insurance and open a new file as a “hit and run”. Common, the car was under their responsibility, why should I be penalised for their carelessness. After weeks of deliberation between my insurance and Fix Auto Lachine, they categorically refused to fix the car saying it wasn’t their fault. If you wish to avoid stress, anxiety and high blood pressure, please avoid Fix Auto Lachine.

Et pour terminer, le propriétaire me dit en riant "tu aurais dû avoir un vrai accident on t'aurait passé plus vite". Donc garage à éviter absolument, aucun mais vraiment aucun respect des clients.

Terrible service. Waited two weeks for courtesy car. I'm a disabled person. They painted car. Didn't paint side mirror that was also damaged. I had to point it out. Long sticky line on door. Something like primer on inside panel. Pointed it out. Gille said oh it's not them. Yes it is!!! Clean it. Got car back. Windows stop working. Vibration in driver's side door. They said another h car was disinfected. When I open my car there were small rocks on driver's seat. White finger prints around door, seat , gear shift,. Steering wheel. I was fuming mad!!! I went to clean car myself that same evening. Worst auto repair shop I have ever dealt with. And they also claim oh I was trying to pass an expense on to them because I took my car to a reputable garage to get windows fixed!!! Bunch of idiots. Should NOT be in that business

J ai certes finalement eu le prix négocié par téléphone mais l installation des pneus qui me était offerte sur la première mauvaise facture m a finalement été chargée sur la deuxième facture : drôle de manière de fidéliser sa clientèle. Ma confiance n est plus là c' est très dommage car je trouve que le travail a été bien effectué !
