I spoke with the General Manager Mr Zaidane and the mechanic (Gabrielle), they gave me a full breakdown of what needed repair and what could wait to avoid unnecessary expenses. Overall great experience. Dealt mostly with Andre, this was for an insurance claim replacement of rear bumper (Color Red). When I received the car there was an ever-so-slight barely noticeable color difference between the replacement and the rest of the car (I was not even sure there was a difference until my father mentioned the same thing). Spoke with Andre, after a short discussion he agreed to repaint the bumper. I am immensely pleased with the service the staff gave and the way Andre handled my grievance, I now have the car back and the color is absolutely perfect.

Bad experience, waste my time for 1 month and even they didn't tell me. The booked repair schedule for one month after evaluation date and didn't tell while pretend they did. When I went there to receive my repaired car the secretary did bad attitude and speak in French to her manager: "We maybe explained him in French the evaluation date that the appointment will be 1 month later but he didn't understand", I stopped her and notice that I understood what you said and you didn't tell me anything about the 1 month. If I knew this delay, definitely I would change my garage and didn't give this chance to them to gain money via my time. I know that usually the insurance and garage have deal with each other but this deal should keep customer happy. By the way, all of them wasted my time 45 days from accident to repair date and it was really annoying. Definitely I will change my insurance company and I won't deal with this garage anymore and don't suggest to anybody else.

UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. When i walked in, the receptionist MELISSA was eating an orange and had the juice splashing all over the papers. They forgot to take some pictures when estimating my car, asked to come back the next day(waste of my time) Once i had my repair appointment, the replacement vehicle they gave me was much older smaller and overall disgusting in comparison to my car. I had to contact insurance concerning this matter, they provided me with an Enterprise vehicle that was on its way to the garage. When i came in to give ProColor their keys back, Melissa (receptionist) was eating pasta at her work seat and first thing she did is yell : " WHY DID YOU CALL INSURANCE BEFORE COMING TO SEE ME" with her mouth full of food - DISGUSTING. I tried explaining that I'm paying money to my insurance, therefore they are my number one contact and ProColor is a third party. She kept yelling non sense and said that they are not going to be taking my car for the repair today ( just because) . It is understandable that they are trying to make money on the insurance but still does not give them any permission to treat customers that way. I was two hours late to work and they did not want to take my vehicle for the reparation. Just to create me more troubles she wanted to reschedule my appointment, so i come waste my time on another day. I highly do not recommend to go to this place as they will waste your time and nerves, very unprofessional team , the manager never called to apologise.

My insurance recommended I take my car here, I gave them a call this morning at 7:30am. From the beginning I could tell the woman that answered the phone didn't care about customer service. I asked how she was doing but wasn't polite enough to return the question. I explained that she should of received a file regarding my claim. Before she even asked me my name I was on hold, multiple minutes after I get hanged up on. I received a call back around 2pm, 7 and a half hours later telling me they received my claim. I voiced my displeasure about my morning interaction just to be informed it was indeed her I spoke to this morning. I explained that I found another garage to help me, instead of asking me about my the incident she simply asked if she could cloy.sed my claim and wished me a good da As someone working in sales, I'll never understood poor customer service. I want mentioned that I contacted Procolor Mercier and that their customer service was exemplary.

My only issue was the courtesy car, which frankly was old and out of date, and very disappointing.
