You will see the opinions of real people who used the products and services of Arsenal art contemporain Montréal (Painter) in Lachine (Canada).
Nowadays the firm has a rating of 4.5 over 5 and this score was based on 127 reviews.
As you can read, its rating is practically the top, and it's founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we may think that the rating is very credible. If there are many people who bothered to evaluate when they've done well, it works.
As you know, we don't usually stop to set scores when these are positive and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Painter is included in the category of Art center.
So sad I missed the Van Gogh exhibit. Went to see the Monet one and was flabbergasted with awe and emotion.
Multisensorials experience to let the kids discovring art and artist with earing viewing, that was real good place to discover van gogh hugh place to walk to sit to dance if you want and " imagine van gogh"
Infini is a great experience
Van Gogh exhibit literally took my breath away when I walked in and moved me to happy bbn or something tears. A soul-moving experience.
The front desk was really nice but I find part of the staff really rude (the guys). I know I came to the museum how the hell are you asking me if I am here for a cocktail? I feel that really disrespectful ???? that is straight up PROFILING (and you can tell they ain't good at it)
Second visit to the Monet exhibition, very spectacular.
Beautiful and immersive experience as always!
Fantastic exposition, music choice was perfect n in great harmony with the scrolling of Van Gogh masterpieces images! Very moving...
Could have been much bigger exposure limited experience of Van Gogh
Amazing place... Tribute to van gogh
Very futuristic but time is short for the price.
Went to Infinity. Nice experience of what it would feel like to be in space. Lots of small videos that explains life inside and lots of self introspection of how small we are on earth.
Love Monet exposition, the way is done made you feel inside of his art. Nice expeexperience
Great museum, Big variety of modern and postmodern art. We spent about half an hour on the massage chair at one of the exhibits, it was a lot of fun specially when you understand The idea behind. Big areas with Great collectible pieces. One of the best galleries we visited in Montreal.
The imagine Van Gogh exhibit was breathtaking! I will say the lines were long and the exhibit was crowded. You’ll find this at most museums and art galleries though.
Immersive exhibition of selected reproductions of Van Gogh paintings. Effective use of mobile enlargements and soundtrack. Popular with a multi-generational public.
Went and saw the imagine Van Gogh exhibition. It was great and definitely shouldn't be missed.. the kids enjoyed it as lived the art work
What a lovely space. I saw the latest two exhibits there and they were great, superbly curated. L’infini was particularly well done. What a wonderful way to get to know the ISS. I will be back.
What a great venue and location for an exhibit. Love that the pieces change so frequently. Not a huge art critic or enthusiast but I was moved and profoundly affected by the pieces I saw. Popped in thinking we would be there 15 minutes and spent almost two hours in awe of the creativity and symbolism of the pieces we saw. Highly recommend if your near Griffintown
Visited the Imagine van Gogh exhibition. There are other interesting smaller exhibitions at the same place, quite unique
Cool expose, but overall not worth the price to see pictures projected onto walls.
One of the most admirable businesses in the city. Great service. Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Expos are superb ! Must go ! Regularly !
Great and unique exhibits, knowledgeable staff. Update: The cafe is fantastic! The owner is the most charming person that's part of any museum anywhere and her homemade mushroom soup and small pizzas are delicious. Life suddenly felt less terrible for a moment.
Purchased tickets and never received an email confirmation. Reached out and was told that they didn't deal with tickets. I contacted the ticket seller and never got a reply. If anyone has had the same experience please comment. I wouldn't be complaining if they wouldn't have charged my credit card. Money lost. This museum doesn't care unless they get paid.
Best trip to the space station ever - so far ;-)
Amazing immersive art exposition of Van Gogh. It was spectacular! We went with our daughter, definitely worth the price that it isn't high anyways. A lot of people are interested, so be prepared to stand around 15 minutes in line before going inside, but not annoying at all! They have a cafeteria, a little kiosk for souvenirs, restrooms and wardrobe sevice for free. Parking costs 15, but it's limited. Don't miss it, I highly recommend it.
Truly appreciated discovering an artist in a very original way. It is relaxing loved the music and the fact the exhibition was interesting for every generation. BRAVO !
this galley was breathtaking!! with a giant murakami (i was so starstuck) and a lovely gallery worker willing to explain the whole piece to you, it’s absolutely worth the visit. incredible pieces here as of fall 2021!
Seriously a must see! Well worth the $ If you like Van Gogh this exhibition will captivate your senses.
I spent more time looking for a seat than looking at the paintings... spend your 30 dollars anywhere else. this was a cheap con. The quality of the projections was a joke, low resolution and pixelated... their attempt at "immersion" was to project stock photos of hay and rocks onto the floor, the shock of seeing this next to the crunchy and pixelated Monet painting was quite a trip. to compliment this choice, the editing of the clips made it feel like a cheap high school project, cheap greenscreen smoke and a little choo choo from a train and you really expect me to feel like I'm walking around a Monet painting, what a joke. go to OASIS immersion instead, its the exact same concept as this except done right.
The Van Gogh exposition was breathtaking, and the rest of the displays were fascinating. Amazing experience.
Was very happy with immersive experience. Short but intense. The exhibit about the selfish was also super cool! Love this place!
Amazing venue for the Monet immersion exhibition. Highly recommend!
Great cultural center.
The staff was kind and soft spoken, the exhibitions were reasonably priced. Coat check was by donation. I had a relaxing afternoon here. The only trouble was the 15$ parking.
The Van Gogh exhibition was stunning. It's a fantastic way to enjoy this amazing artist's paintings. I loved it. The choice of music that goes with the projections was a master piece
Worth a visit if you enjoy experiencing contemporary and abstract work.
An amazing event with a huge variety of wines to taste.
Saw the Van Gogh exhibit. The space was clean, but crowded. Absolutely would recommend seeing the Van Gogh Exhibit as long as it's there.
Went to see "Space Exploration". It was a breathtaking exposition
Wonderful venue that hosts the most spectacular exhibits. I managed to see CARNE y ARENA before it sold out. Such a powerful and important exhibit. The main gallery was being set up and not yet open — check the dates online before visiting to make sure there is something running with available tickets.
Visited for the 'Imagine Van Gogh ' exhibition and the space was beautifully created for an amazing experience.
We just viewed the new Monet Immersion Expo. It was very well done, staff were helpful and courteous. Crowd size was appropriate for current conditions. The exhibit was wonderful, the colors just surround you. Multiple views of details in the paintings. Worth a visit.
We went there for the “phi” exposition about the space. It was honestly an awesome experience. We were two adults and a teenager and i can assure you we all had as much much while learning. They show you extracts from videos of astronauts living in space and how they deal with their everyday lives (training, eating, sleeping, etc). The best part is that you get to experience it with VR as if you were with them, and it is extremely realistic. We actually would love to return to do the one about nature.
The Monet exhibition was 30 minutes long for $36.99 plus tax, I would expect more to see, read and learn for such a price.
Amazing location for big events, conferences and even concerts or festivals. I attended C2 Montreal, and it was amazing. I loved how it’s next to the canal Lachine, and all the infrastructures are very modern. There are also great restaurants nearby.
I went for the Monet display. The exhibit was informative and provided casual fans an entry point to appreciate the details of the art. It was actually a better experience than walking through a collection would have been.
It was an amazing place to get into the interactive art and music!! Love it!!
The Infinite VR experience (PHI Center expo) was amazing. It's so cool. Haven't been to the art gallery so I don't know about that.
Went to see the immersive Van Gogh exhibition, and it was fantastic.
Enjoyed both Cercania (Rafael Lozano-Hemmer) and selfie project (Veronique Duplain) exhibitions. My favorite of Cercania is Champ d'Atmosphenie; very original and interesting!
INFINITE ???? Take a real trip to the ISS. By far the best exhibition I've ever seen. This is A MUST see ????????
Went there for Van Gogh’s exhibition few years ago, it was amazing. Came back again this year for the VR space show “The Infinite”. Amazing place to hold exceptional shows.
Really, really cool experience. The immersive pieces allow to you feel the art with all your senses. So glad we could see the Murakami piece. A commentary of how our futures could look with the move towards AI, automation and continued mass consumption. Definitely worth a visit
Amazing experience. Great art curation.
Nice time great place to visite not too many places to sit. Easy access.
Absolutely stunning.
Been there for Van Gogh exhibition. Big place, well organized.
Van Gogh immersive was fabulous and it made us discover the galery!
The permanent collection isn't that big, but the art they have is interesting. The fact that they have other expositions that change pretty often is cool and inspiring. As per the Van Gogh exhibition I though it was a little overpriced for what it was, there was only one room, although it was still aesthetically pleasing and impressive to see in those proportions.
Fantastic gallerie. Lost of space and safe for the covid restrictions. They keep a good and safe environment. Not to far away from the metro Lionel Groulx. Close to a few cafes and restaurants.
The girlfriend and I went to the Infinity show which is a virtual reality show about the ISS and space. We really enjoyed the show, just wished it was a bit longer. The short films from inside the ISS were top notch. The show will be going on until November so don't miss the chance if you're a fan of space.
I have been to the new exposition "infinite". It was amazing!!! An exploration of the international space station in an immersive VR experience. Totally worth it!
It was awesome! the interactive vr activities are out of this world???? make sure to check it out , you won't regret it
Even if you already know Van Gogh's work, it's worth to experience it in a total immersive way. The combination of music with the giant projections transports you into the paintings. It's magical ! Unfortunately, there's no comfortable seating options to sit while appreciating the projections, which last over 30 minutes. So,a having paid over $30 for the ticket, your only option is to sit on cold concrete floor.
Engaging with a wide range of impressive contemporary works. Impressive and well worth a visit.
Very nice exposition!!! The concept of making big ecran with Van Gogh's work of art was very interesting and moderne! I liked the background of classical music!
The Infinity exposition was AMAZING! A must see!
Went for Monet exhibit. Disappointing. Did not resonate as well as the van Gogh had. Or maybe, this type of exhibit not as interesting the second time around. No surprises
It wasn't what we expected, but was very interesting. Monet's paintings are projected on huge canvases on the perimeter of a very large room. Entertaining and informative.
Wicked expo!!!! Had a fun and pleasant time with my son and his mom!!!
Monet is a impressive experience.. you can't miss it...
Very nice venue with friendly staff.
Amazing art gallery. People are very nice and the expositions are interesting. It is not the biggest space however.
Great shows, easy parking!
A new experience, to see all the spheres available could be even better..
Got to see the infinity experience in VR about the ISS. Just fantastic. It was an immersive experience and so interesting.
Out of body surreal experience that will put you in awe for many many days and weeks to come. L'infiniti exhibition let you hang out with the space shuttle crew, float in space, and experience the universe like you never have before. Absolutely loved it.
Went to see the Van Gogh exhibit. Absolutely loved it. You can tell a lot of effort went into the visual performance. I would say that it did get kinda crowded at some points and it was hard to take pictures or see everything well because people were standing directly in front of me but you’re able to move around and stay as long as you’d like. Would definitely recommend!!!
A relaxing experience looking at Van Gogh art images while listening to equally relaxing music. The only thing missing was a glass of wine!
Magnificent space to hold parties next to Canal de La Chine
saw a beautiful exhibit by Rafael Lozano-Hemmer. it's a multimedia and interactive show on the great spaces afforded by the gallery. they are very careful about pandemic safety and are kind and respectful to the visitors. well worth a trip--and while you're in the neighborhood, marvel at the many cranes and construction sites, as well as the restaurants that abound.
Just went to the Monet exhibit. Beautiful. Next time I will have to check out the permanent collection
Horrible customer service, booked for an event unfortunately could not attend and there is no options to get credited or switched to another event.
The installation of Imagine Monet was absolutely intriguing. An amazing experience!
Terrific experience! A must for space enthusiasts. Highly recommended! Only complaint is that they only gave 40minutes of time! We couldn't figure it out why!
Was a beautiful art show, but fair warning for those who get easily motion sickness. You might get dizzy and nauseous during the show as the art moves across the entire room
Saw the Imagine Van Gogh exhibit ànd it was phenomenal. We drove a long way to see it and it was certainly worth the drive!
Amazing experience in space. Highly recommend visiting the space station.
The Imagine Van Gogh is a wonderful immerse photography show where you can virtually walk into Van Gogh's paints. The music is beautiful incorporated with the projections. Highly recommended.
