He really does a great job giving you informed decision before proceeding. The paint work was amazing, they colour matched and blended the paint for me and it looks amazing. Really good quality. I recently brought in my vehicle since a different shop suggested that I have the sub-frame looked at. Rick and his team were very nice and did an assessment free of charge. They're transparent and up-front with their customers as they'll let you watch what they're doing if you'd like, which is wonderful to know. After the assessment, I was told nothing was too out of place, so it should be all okay until the next time the car needs to be fixed. Just before leaving though, I voiced my concern with the front bumper cover which wouldn't go back in place and Rick helped fix it with a new screw and clips for free as well. Overall, they were very friendly and I made a couple new friends along the way (plus 2 very well behaved and sweet German Shepherds). I'll definitely consider coming here again in the future if anything arises.

Absolutely incredible shop. Was referred to Rowa Auto Collision through a friend that had nothing but good things to say. After seeing the reviews, I decided to take the car in to get a quote for a pretty large dent in one of the doors, which ended up being significantly less than any other shop I had visited. My biggest concern being the quality of the work, I figured all these other people couldn't be wrong, and they weren't. They made the door look brand new. This car gets taken to shows in the summer, so the quality of work needed to be done properly, and I can honestly say that I am very pleased with the results. Robert, the owner, is an extremely honest guy, and truly cares about his customers. Like another reviewer mentioned, Robert picked me up on the day the car was ready, and is overall just a great guy to talk to. Although I don't want more damage done to the car, if anything were to happen in the future, it'd be a pleasure to come into this shop again. Thanks again Robert!

Due to the outstanding reviews, we brought our SUV to Rowa Auto Collision for an estimate to work on getting rid of rust and dents on both ends of the vehicle. Robert and his staff (special shout out to Jerry) are low-key but very friendly and accommodating. Robert walked us through his inspection, explaining to us the pricing for each repair. The estimate he gave for the repairs was almost $1000 less than a quote given to us by a competitor. Turn-around time for the repair work was fairly quick. We could tell that these guys cared about the quality of their workmanship. They stand behind their work and they wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied with their repairs (which we definitely were). We saw for ourselves why Robert and his team at Rowa got such glowing reviews and we wholeheartedly agree.

Absolutely excellent job! Words can't express how much I appreciate Rowa's work. My BMW sedan's front and rear bumpers had some dents that won't be covered by BMW's lease protection product. The boss gave me a good discount when fixing both together. When I picked up my car, I felt so happy to see the bumpers fixed and painted nicely. It looks like two BRAND NEW bumpers (the black molding of the rear was not part of the work I needed them to do, ignore it)! I would definitely give them my business again without hesitation.

My car had a good amount of damage from a collision, and went to Rowa because of a recommendation from a friend. I'm very glad I did. Rob was very helpful from the beginning and through the whole process (I ended up going through insurance). Robert is friendly, his quotes are honest and the work done is great. He is almost always reachable by phone and returns calls immediately. Amazing service and flawless work! The dealership sent me to a different shop to get small damage with my bumper fixed. Did a quick Google search and came here instead based on the reviews. Ended up charging me a third of what the other body shop quoted me. Plus he got me in immediately instead of waiting a week. The shop itself isn't anything to write home about, but the people inside it are. Robert's character, passion, and dedication to delivering honest and affordable service is what sets this place apart. Very glad I found a place like this that I can trust. Unfortunately found myself in another situation where I needed some body work done due to some scratches I got from an underground parking pillar. Again, Robert provided outstanding service at a more than fair price and I'm blown away by how great it looks and the amount of time he completed it in. I really can't recommend this place enough!

Rowa replaced my back bumper, front fender, front bumper, converter to muffler pipe and muffler. My car looks brand new and the paint is a perfect match. My faith in humanity was renewed today by Rick! Long story short fathers day weekend, my husbands away I borrowed his truck to pick up bbq for fathers day. I backed into a tree, broke the taillight(completely)and dented in the bumper(badly). I was very upset, trying to find any shop who could help. Rick said come right over it will be okay. ( borderline hysterical at this point) Rick first made sure he got me signal lights/brake lights working until a replacement light comes in. Then to my amazement he got the dent completely out!! It will be alot easier to show this damage to my husband then what it was. I left there not crying anymore! Great experience, fast turnaround, awesome price and excellent work. This was a no bullcrap transaction. We had a minor accident with our Volvo that left us with damage on our bumper. It was mostly paint but a bit of warping on the corner too (very noticeable). When I got the car back you simply could not tell that it had ever happened. Everything matches and it looks perfect. When/If I have issues again I will go here first. Thanks for making the situation a lot better than it could have been!

Great service. We came after a trip to a Safari Park where a bison had attacked my daughter's new (first) car, which resulted in many scratches. I knew that this company gave free estimates, so had gone for this purpose. Having explained the situation, the owner suggested that before we spend money replacing parts, he would try to buff out as much as he could. Not only did he make all the scratches almost invisible to the naked eye, but he also fixed part of the bumper which had been popping off and removed some sticker residue for us. All for free - whilst quoting for if we wanted to repaint. Obviously, it does not get much better than that. The service was extremely friendly, and we really liked the two dogs that came to hang out with us whilst the car was being repaired. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be returning in the future if we have need. I cannot promise that your service will be free, but they clearly aim to not rip people off, which I value in places such as these.
