Great experience with Dave and his team. We had a minor body damage issue with our Audi Q5 and Dave fixed it for us within our budget. They agreed to see our car by appointment the same day we needed help, and returned it within 2 days as agreed. We compared the quotes from two other body shops and Dave gave us the best offer. He understood that we were on a tight budget and worked with us to fix the problem. Highly recommend Prestige Auto! Robin on the phone line was also very helpful and communicated regularly about the car and the process.

Although my experience was great and the entire team helped me a great deal I did not like that my vehicle was delayed almost 3 weeks I kept being given dates and then it would change or i wouldnt hear back and I would have to call to see what was happening with my car. If it wasnt for that time delay they probably would have gotten a 5 star review. I also had to point out a piece of my door that was not painted and had a chip which because of what I do as a profession I noticed. ATTENTION TO DETAIL! Also some of my belongings were removed from the car and although they placed them in a bag in my trunk one of items was still not returned or found. I also had to come in everytime with a male or else the employees ignored me completely don’t know why that is I’m a woman yes but I’m still paying for a service. I reccommend them but you gotta stay on top of them. And guys treat your female customers nice as well !

Horrible company, butcher shop . Doesn’t order parts treats the employees like garbage , charges the insurance company full price and pays the employees what they feel like . If you like dungeon shops with no equipment and horrible consumer protection sure take your car to this gold star butcher shop

Mo is the guy to call he will not only walk you through every step of the process the headaches of repairs will be lifted as him and his staff are meticulous in their work striving to provide excellent service leaving you blown away to get your vehicle back from the day of accident rembering the damage the paranoia of whether I felt it could be fixed. Thanks a lot to prestige and Mo who wouldn't sacrifice quality to take a shortcut. My dodge came back with a professional detailing that I personally found is better then competing companies.
