Also the quality surpassed my expectations I had him repaint all walls, my fireplace brick , California ceilings in basement and smooth ceiling everywhere else very happy with the workmanship and the quality and care for my home will recommend him to anyone looking to have work done.

Does really good work, Performed internal painting services and I have no concerns about the level of quality whatsoever. However I will note that it's important to ensure clarity when working with him about costs, level of detail, what is being done or not done BEFORE the work begins, especially with regards to Costs. Get it written down to avoid any sort of confusion.

We had our ceiling done with a California style by William and his team. Pros: they were done within a day, and the ceiling looks great, with some exceptions explained below. See pictures. Cons: 1) there is some discolouration on the ceiling. This means we will have to paint the ceiling, which is an additional cost. 2) there is some minor cracking that appeared in the ceiling a couple days after the job was done. This seems to be in the same spots we had minor cracks before. We were hoping the new job would cover up those issues. 3) the house was extremely dirty afterwards. I don't beleive there was any damage, but I had to mop the entire floor 3 times to get rid of the ceiling compound, use a toothbrush to scrape out the ceiling compound that was inbetween the floor boards, wipe off the kitchen cabinets and fridge, and I still need to clean all the railings and banisters. Overall there is a few days of cleaning involved. This might be status quo for this kind of job, we just didn't expect it. Takeaways for clients: if you're getting your ceiling done then buy some drop cloths or poly wrap and cover your floors to save on time and effort to clean. Budget for additional painting that may need to be done. Takeaways for KW Regional Painting: inform the clients to prepare for a big mess, and that they may need to pay for additional painting costs.
