Phenomenal ethics and customer service. Our car was repaired in a timely manner and the communication was above and beyond. We recieved the car with very minor imperfections, the following day we returned to have them eagerly take the car back to correct any problems we found! As far as I'm concerned this is a 6/5 star garage for customer service.

Unbelievable this place and the folks that run it are a treasure to this city, the service is outstanding and honest upfront recommendations were quite simply refreshing. Went in with a cracked bumper and repaired turnaround on the work was less than a day. Total cost was less than a weeks worth of groceries which included a brand new rental car for the day and they washed and cleaned the car inside and out. Can't recommend them any higher, wish I could give them a 10 star rating.

I had my car repaired at this body shop. Someone had hit my car and left a huge dent and I called so many places around and the cost to fix was way out of my budget. My Toyota Camry was brand new and I was really upset that several body shops were quoting me over 2000$. I found this place through recommendation and I was happy I took it there. I was quoted a very decent price (affordable). The repair took a couple days to ensure paint was settled properly and so on. The customer service was awesome. I highly suggest this place! The customer service was excellent and I liked the fact that they were always updating me on the progress of the car. Ask for Patrick!

Michael and his team are awesome. They repaired paint damage and a demolished side view mirror within 5 days. They were timely and communicated everything with me. They handled basically everything with the insurance company. I paid when I picked the vehicle up. They even gave my car a car wash! Michael is very pleasant and friendly. He gives good advice. Kitchener Autobody is great. The owner, Micheal, is honest and very genuine. Most other auto body shops came up with only one expensive solution to replacing my broken bumper. Micheal, on the other hand suggested a couple of alternatives and that we first try fixing the old bumper first before considering buying a new bumper, since my car is an older model. His suggestion ended up saving me around $600-800 dollars in parts and labour costs. Kitchener Autobody fixed everything, their workmanship is very professional and pricing is very fair.

Today was the second time I had the pleasure of dealing with Patrick. The first time, someone had rolled into my car and done minor damage to the bumper. Patrick was informative, helpful, kind and efficient at repairing the damage. Since my first experience was so good, I returned today to ask him to look at what a car door had done in a parking lot. Had a minor ding in my 2016 honda civics bumper and after having service done at kitchener honda I stopped by for a quote. Let me tell you this had to be one of the best experiences I have ever had. Patrick was extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. After he quoted me I was given a tour of the facility and shown work done on other vehicles. Afterwards he took time to look my car over and give his take on what I should do. I can't say enough how happy I was with my visit, and any work I do decide to have done in my civic will definitely be done at kitchener auto body. He took the time to fully explain the process of repairing the damage and even polished out the lighter scratches for free to see what deeper scratches had to be repaired. He explained that I could either get a paint pen and touch it up to see how it would look or have it repaired at a very fair price by his shop. Went here for a estimates and they told me don't waste my time and everyone's time when I asked them to see what it would cost for the rust repair that VW didn't cover. The car has alot of rust on it and if I want a estimate it will be $50. Go to mitek instead they have free estimates!

Service was fantastic and very welcoming. The man who greeted me was truly one of the nicest people I could have run into. however, the work done to my car was quite poor. I waited over 2 hours for a job they completed in less than 10 minutes. It was a touch up for a deep paint scratch and when he brought the car out finally, the paint was still wet and the work was very noticeably done. I even had to ask them to touch up their work. I will need another touch up for the touch up they already completed and I will not be returning here for that purpose - despite the fact the nice man had said he would cover any issues like that free of charge. I would just rather go somewhere where they take pride in their work and will not have me wait for 2 hours for a job they can complete in10 minutes. I would recommend them to send people home and return when they are available next time. An image of the touch up before I left the property is posted below. I want to reiterate, this picture was taken seconds after they gave me the car back.

Absolutely fantastic! It's hard to find honest auto repair folks nowadays and I'm so glad to have found one! Came in to talk about scratches on my bumper expecting a hefty upsell, but was given honest "If this was my car" advice on how it won't rust because it's plastic. They knew I probably wasn't going to spend money there from their advice, but they spent the time to make sure I was well informed about when I should think about repainting the car, as well as next steps on how to get it fixed (just needed a paint pen from my dealership) Don't think I'm going to any other body shop after this experience ????????

Patrick and his father were amazing, told me not to worry about anything to get the car there and they would figure everything out. I wish I could give 5+ Stars! The owner is very professional and very kind. My car screen showed "door not closed ", but I was sure all door were closed. so I called dealer shop, they said: they have to do inspection to find out the problem. The inspection fee is $120+hst. Then I drove my car to kitchener autobody, the owner checked it out, then found out the problem and fix the problem in about 1 minute without charging me any money! I really appreciate!

Decent people. I just brought my car in to get a quick quote on some certain small chips and scratches etc. Patrick was honest with the quote and very willing to help. He told me straight up that they can use touch up paint but I won't be really happy unless I got the whole door painted and he didn't push anything.
