Dan at Hawthorne Renovations helped us modify our basement by converting two rooms into one large space. His team removed a wall, moved electrical fixtures and coordinated flooring. Dan is extremely helpful in the planning stage providing us with insights on where structural beams are in the home so we could design an optimal and comfortable space. His client servicing is extremely good always ensuring we had all our questions answered quickly and helped keep our total budget number in check when we added an additional socket and painting. Dan’s trade contacts speak highly of him and were highly professional and never left a mess. This renovation went on time and budget which is incredibly appreciated. I highly recommend Hawthorne Renovations for this type of project! 5 stars.
