The crew was on time and clearly communicated to myself and my girlfriend what the issues were. The owner came out to check on their progress mid-day and was extremely helpful. Our dog also got along well with the entire team.

This company was in charge of restoring our home after a fire. The house was gutted and then restored. This happened in May 2018 and we are still dealing with them. Told would be 4 months. They have been back many times to fix things that were not done to bring our house back to where it was. Their employees were rude. The contractors that were hired were not always professional. They were given ultimatums or no more business from Flood. I would not recommend them to restore a dog house

Flood recently completed a complete renovation of our master bathroom. Even though our work was done during pandemic restrictions, Joe and and all the subcontractors were flexible and made sure we were able to see all our samples and make choices we were happy with. The work done is beautiful and our bathroom is now officially the best room in our house :)

Joe at Flood Inc. came highly recommended to me by a family member. Right away from our first meeting I felt good knowing that I had someone that I could trust that was going to find and fix my basement water leak. After tearing open the basement wall and ceiling and locating the problem Joe called in a plumber to temporarily stop the leak. It was at this point on Joe's urging, that I called my insurance company and told them that I wanted to go ahead and make a claim. I had previously called my insurance company prior to calling Flood Inc and they talked me out of making a claim as they explained that I likely wouldn't be covered anyway based on my scenario. Well, with Joe's help and guidance I'm glad to say that I was covered. Although there was a lot of back and forth with my insurance company, as they only wanted to cover what their own inspector put in his report. I used Joe's report as a way to negotiate the settlement upwards and finally settled somewhere in the middle. Joe worked with me to come up with a plan to help stay within budget of the insurance company payout. Joe was very patient in dealing with the issues and the time it took to settle everything with my insurance company. Joe is someone I can trust and only have positive things to say about the staff he brought in to do the work. To me this is the most important criteria. Thanks Flood Inc.

Been a fair company to work with. We had kitchen damage last March and they were very quick to clean up the damage and pull out what was required. We weren't sure if we were going to do immediate repairs and flood was willing to work within our timelines on the renovations. Due to our our timeline issues, we delayed repairs and they had no problem accommodating us. After looking at a few options it was obvious that flood came to us with well planned next steps. We decided to expand some of the repairs into additional renovations and this was handled smoothly. Easy, open communication, transparent billing and quick acknowledgement of any issues along the way. We are now at the home stretch and it has been really nice knowing that the overall project has been managed so well by this company. Would recommend.

Terrible company, horrible practices. Used then in 2016 after the building was flooded; they did more damage to the building than the water did. They removed even the ceramic tile floors just to clock more time and charge the insurance co. more. Absolutely horrible company, be aware and keep an eye on them if you made the mistake to hire them. I can't give them negative feedback but I would!

Flood restoration just finished a complete gut job and remodel of our master bathroom. They did an incredible job! From new tile flooring, cabinets/mirror, glass shower with tiled floor/wall, painting and plumbing for sinks, toilet, and shower - they did it all. Their employees were awesome to deal with. The owner and project manager checked in daily and were meticulous, making sure everything was done perfectly. They are worth every dollar and you will be thrilled with the end result. We would happily have them back to do work again!
