AJ and his crew Daniel and Jake did a tape and mud job on our basement drywall reno. The timeline that AJ provided after the initial consultation was bang on. They were onsite the date they said they would start, and done by the date they said they would be finished. AJ and his team prepared and painted my porch and balcony last year. They also rebuilt the front porch steps. I couldn’t have been happier with their work. The attention to detail this entire team has is exemplary. They worked tirelessly scraping old paint off, sanding, filling in gaps and painting. They are really perfectionists and are really reasonably priced for the wonderful detail-oriented work that they do. AJ has done serval jobs for me at my rental properties in Kitchener. Work has included demo of existing walls (drywall and framing) and installation of new walls including installation of new framing, new drywall, taping, priming and painting. AJ has always honoured his commitments. He shows up on time and stays on the job site until the job is complete. AJ takes good care to minimize dust and mess and does a great job cleaning up after himself when the work is complete. I have never had any issues with AJ’s quality of work. In residential construction you will often find people/contractors that do not do what they say, do not show up on time, do not start and finish projects when they say the will, make excuses for not showing up. Many contractors just take on work that they are not capable of completing in a timely manner. You will not have these issues with AJ. For my next project I will be calling AJ Reno first. Ensure you book your project with AJ early as his schedule usually fills up quickly. -Michael G

In short, AJ is the best. He is very professional, delivers highest quality of work within time and budget, and best of all, he keeps you informed on progress and discuss with all matters. We planned a trip and we thought we can get renovations done in the main living room and kitchen while we were traveling. So it was important to get a trustworthy person since we will be unable to monitor progress. In addition, we allocated a limited budget for this project. We contacted AJ to check if he can fit the project in his schedule and within the budget. AJ is a super helpful and very honest person. While we were initially not sure about some issues and how they could be worked around, the solutions that AJ came up with turned out to be just excellent!!. Dry wall prep and painting of living, dinning rooms and parts of stair area and second floor. Also removed stucco ceilings in the same areas. AJ and team covered floors, furniture and just about anything that would be exposed to dust and paint. The job came out perfect, done exactly as described, and right on schedule. No surprises. It always feels risky whenever you get home stuff done with contractors and trades, etc. Save yourself the hassle and worry and just call AJ. Glad we did.
