Called a few SW stores to find a specific paint/finish to fi ish the job I'm working on but supplies are short. Spoke with a woman at this store to confirm that they had the correct paint and base, which she confirmed. Drove out of my way to get to the store less than 1 hr later only to be told they'd promised the paint to someone else. Woman didn't even acknowledge my call, with the manager asking me if I called the right store. Short supplies are bad enough without adding in a lack of integrity and service.

Painted for the first time in my life and had no idea where to start. The staff were super patient, helpful, resourceful and informative without being pushy or upsell-y. Carlos in particular is an absolute GEM of an employee (seriously - give this man a raise). They set me up with everything I needed, I called them when I had questions and went back every day for almost a week to get more supplies. They helped me every time with friendly advice and even asked for progress pics of my walls lol. Cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who is new to painting. Absolutely 10/10!! Will only go back here for all of my future painting projects.

I want to start of by saying a big thank you to Ray, he was very knowledgeable, helpful and provided outstanding customer service. I had called in looking for some paint as well as some supplies in order to tackle the job. I gave Ray the color I had found online and he was able to tell my based of the size of the room how much paint he would recommend. I had mentioned to him that it would be a babies room he made sure to reccomend something which wouldn't be harmful or have a smell to it. I was also painting the trim and closet a different color and Ray was able to give me his best professional opinion on which paints would be best as I was unsure what to go with. Ray spent atleast 30-45 minutes with me ensuring I had everything I needed. With covid going on I wasnt able to go in the store but Ray's customer service and help had me reassured I made the right choice with my paint choice and supplies. I cannot explain enough what a great experience this was and will definitely be recommending friends and family to talk with Ray.

I have been buying my paint here for about 5 years and won't go anywhere else. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. The quality is excellent with a range of products. If you watch their sales even the most expensive and best quality paint is very reasonable. I have had them match paint and the results have been outstanding. Sure the big box will have cheaper paint but it is cheap. They go out of their way to serve you even if I am not the big contractor. I appreciate being treated this way.....every customer is valued.

I went in to get stain matched for my deck and I kept going back more than 1/2 dozen times trying to get them to match it properly. I went thru most of the staff there trying to help. At my last attempt needless to say I was frustrated since being professionals they couldn't get the color right. On the bright side each time I came in they did not recharge me for the stain. Finally I dealt with Danielle and she had it match in an efficient time frame and perfectly. So I ended up getting the rest of the stain that I needed and the project looks great. Despite everything else I will keep going back to get Danielle to match my colors.
