i have known and dealt with Kingston Frameworks for many years now, both as a customer and through my business. The employees are skilled and polite, taking the time you need to make that special picture perfect. Their prices match any others in town, but the quality of their work is far superior. I had a business years ago, making window frame mirrors and sold them in the store. The owners, Dave and Wayne were wonderful to work with, always supportive and encouraging...I highly recommend doing business with this locally owned establishment.

The staff at Frameworks were always so friendly and helpful as I worked with them to create just the right frame and size for an oversized mirror. I had been in search of a large mirror for a long time and finally decided to try Frameworks. Donna made an excellent suggestion on a double frame which gave the exact look that we had been in search of. The installation team was wonderful. If you are looking for an exact size mirror for a specific location in your home or business, go to Frameworks. The price was very reasonable too!

I dropped off two pieces of work by the same artist, one of which needed re-framing. Colin prepared a video analysis of the paintings and the current frames, and made a number of suggestions. The video presentation was a necessity (physical distancing requirements) but to have it available to review and share made it invaluable. In many ways it's preferable to meeting in person! We've long trusted Kingston Frameworks with all of our framing needs. From one of a kind art from Africa and the Middle East, to local artists and even the creation of a shadow box encompassing my military career and medals. With all projects, they have produced stellar results. I'm particularly pleased with the shadow box, which included their design advice and incorporated all of the badges I've worn over my career as well as my medals, and they included a hinge and clasps so that after I wall mounted the box, I can still open the front and take my medals out when I need them, i.e. Remembrance Day. Top notch work, and I would not go anywhere else for my framing needs.
