I brought my rusting Jetta to these guys. With authorization from Vw they replaced a few panels and repaired the rust where replacement wasn't possible. I give 3 stars because the replaced panels have held up adequately (though the colour matching is wrong) however, the rest that was repaired began RE-RUSTING within 3 months. As such vw will no longer repair my rust as it's been "modified" I asked for a "compassionate quote" from Kingston Collision and I was quoted WAAAAY beyond what I was hoping they would cover under their own warranty. Come to think of it maybe you get 2 stars. Do your jobs right the first time and stand by your work people!

I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My SUV hit a traffic pylon at highway speed and was left with some nasty scratches. I thought for sure I was on the hook for hundreds if not thousands dollars of repair bill. Shawn looked at the damage and proceeded to polish it off in 5 minutes. I couldn't believe my eyes. I drove in to CSN one afternoon in the summer of 2021. Shawn came out to talk to us about touching up all the nicks and scratches on my leased RAV4. He walked around the car and asked if we had a touch-up pen that matched the paint. We didn’t. He suggested we get one, come back, and they could take care of it in 15 minutes. I managed to get back there today. Shawn again came out to assist us, we handed him the pen, and he proceeded to touch up all the spots around the car. Some spots he said might need two coats and we could do that ourselves at home. In less than 15 minutes, the RAV4 was looking much better! And Shawn said no charge, just to think of CSN if we really need body work. We’ll do that and definitely recommend CSN to our friends and family. The whole experience was friendly, and professional. They get ???????????????????? from me.

I can't say enough positive feedback about CSN Kingston. From the moment I first phoned to inquire about their services, I was spoken to with such professionalism. When I went for the first inspection, they new my name the moment I walked in the door. The person was waiting for me already, I didn't have to wait for them to inspect the car. Moments later I was on my way to work without being late. I was emailed within 2 days with a quote and a followup phone call to book a time. When I arrived they once again greeted me by name, had all the paperwork ready and the key to a car rental. They kept me posted on the work being done and the expected completion date. When I returned the rental car to pick up my fixed car, once again they knew my name, had all paperwork in order, minutes later I was on my way (after they walked around my car to show me the work that was done. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone who needs car repair.

I was very impressed with their service and I was kept up to date on the progress on the repairs to my car, but what really surprised me was how I was shown all of the repair work when I picked up the vehicle and they even took the time to clean up the inside of my car, which was not part of the repair job. First the appraisal was quick and I received the written quote with that same hour. All my questions about the scope of work were answered fully. The repair work was completed ahead of time and under budget (some black rubber scuffs buffed out; didn’t require repainting). The repair work looks as good as new. The entire vehicle was incredibly clean upon pickup. Clearly, it had been detailled. Washed well outside. Possibly waxed. Inside: cleaned and vacuumed. Tire sidewalks cleaned and preserved. The experience exceeded my expectations and made the vandalization repair less painful.

My experience at CSN was absolutely fantastic! My car was struck on the passenger side rear quarter panel and suffered significant damage. CSN was able to repair the damages seamlessly and effectively. Only an experienced mechanic who specializes in body work would be able to tell where the repairs were made. Richard and Kevin were pleasures to deal with, they made detailed notes of my specific requests and were easy to get a hold of via email and telephone. Brianna was always helpful to take my calls and reassured me that my car would turn out well at the hands of their talented technicians. To top it off, they even vacuumed out the interior of my car and fulfilled every specific request I had! My car has a custom pinstripe that needed to be re-done due to the damage, and they exceeded my expectations tenfold both by the precision and detail that went into it. I would recommend CSN to anyone who needs extensive paint and body repairs done to their vehicles, especially those who care about their cars as much as I do!

I had a nasty battle with a piece of construction equipment which my F150 lost as I destroyed the passenger side door and entire truck bed, not to mention a very expensive and elaborate decal. Shawn and Richard first of all reassured me accidents happen which was helpful as I was freaking out because it was my work vehicle, then they helped me through all my insurance with my head office and the insurers. Once my Truck went in for repairs I didn't have to wait long considering all the damage. My Truck looked like new when I got it back, they even detailed the inside! and they replaced my decal perfectly. I was rear-ended on August 16, 2016 in Kingston and my car was taken here for repairs and painting. It was a terrible experience and when I got my car back on August 31st, the new paint was the WRONG COLOUR and the turn signals were not working. As I live 6 hours away and had to go home, I had no choice but to take the car as it was. This began a month-long debate with Kingston Collision that was never satisfactorily resolved. At the shop Kevin pointed to 5 different places on the bumper, trying unsuccessfully to prove that it was the correct colour. Pat sent a brochure explaining why paint on curves looks different than flat surfaces. I sent photos showing that the colour didn't match. My insurance agent took photos. CSN responded with photos of the original bumper - clearly showing proof that it had been the same colour as my car. As of late September, a paint representative said he would come to my house in late October to look at the car and compare the new colour to a piece of the old bumper that they had saved. Unacceptable delays! In frustration I took my car to 2 other collision shops near home during the last week of September and asked their professional opinion of the colour. Without knowing who had painted the car, they both told me that it didn't match and they could do it correctly. And they would deal directly with my insurance company to save me the stress and frustration. Arrangements were made and my bumper was repainted. Finally it matched the rest of the car! And it was done in a very timely manner. Although the people at Kingston Collision are friendly and pleasant to speak with, they brushed aside my concerns, made excuses for their mistake, and took far too long to make any attempt to resolve this problem. I DO NOT recommend Kingston Collision to anyone who wants new paint on their car to match the rest of the car.

CSN came highly recommended to me for the repairs needed to my 2018 Ford Escape after being rear ended by another vehicle. When I called to book an appointment with CSN the staff was very helpful by explaining the process to me and were able to get me an appointment within days. I was told my car would need to be in for 3 days and they would have a rental vehicle waiting for me at drop off. I arrived and was greeted with a smile and the staff ensured I was good to go. 3 days later I received contact that my car was ready for pick up. I have to say when I arrived at their place of business, I was pretty stressed having just driven an hour with my rear door bungeed to keep it closed. I was also pretty disgusted with myself for having done the damage myself. The folks there calmed me down, explained what I needed to do and find out from my insurer what I needed to know and then fully explained the process ahead of me. They even arranged for Enterprise to meet me there with a rental vehicle. I left confident knowing what I needed to do to get things in motion. I have some experience in vehicle repairs, as well as working for a company that manufactures the countries best polishing compounds and detailing chemicals. What impressed me was on both repairs, the color match was flawless, and the body lines were even. Also i didnt notice any swirl marks from polishing. The staff are very professional and accommodating, and ensure that their workmanship is first class. Our vehicle was involved in a minor accident & CSN Kingston completed the repair to our expectations, & overcoming many unforeseen obstacles in the process. Firstly genuine GM parts were difficult to get due to the rail disruptions earlier this year. Then they received damaged GM parts which they rejected, & postponed the work until they received replacements in good condition. This meant a lot to us, as they could easily have used offshore parts without our knowledge, but they did not. 5 months after the accident, the repair was 100% complete & we are very satisfied with the work.

I was recommended CSN by a friend who had recently had work done on her car that turned out amazing and I’m glad I listened to her. I was really impressed with the service that I received from CSN. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional they were able to provide my estimate and everything electronically which made things super easy with Covid and less driving around on my part. When the vehicle went in the rental staff on site were great as well. My car was done before the expected finish date which blew my mind as I was expecting it to take longer due to previous experiences at other locations. When I went in to pick up the car they went over the work with me which again surpassed my expectations. Overall I was incredibly happy and impressed with CSN from start to finish and would highly recommend them for any car needs you may have.

CSN did a splendid job repairing my BMW 750i. I hit a cement pillar in my condo parking garage while fiddling with a Covid mask. (Fellow maskers, take note!) The intricate steps CSN took to repair the rear panel and door were most impressive; the damage I did is now undetectable. The car actually looks better than it did before the accident, because they went on to polish the car and detail it, inside and out, before I picked it up. They even left me a little bottle of touch-up paint that I can apply to future paint chips. My local BMW dealer directed me to CSN on the day of the accident. If you need to repair a BWM, this is the place to go because they are specifically trained to get it back up to spec; however, I’m sure they are capable of doing an equally good job on any make or model. I recommend them most highly.

My car was sent to this location to have rust/corrosion work done that was covered under a Volkswagen warranty ($2300 worth of work). While fixing my vehicle, one of the technicians broke a piece of trim on my VW. Since this broken trim was not part of the rust/corrosion warranty work (it was technician error), I was charged for this part ($102) and had to pay before I received my keys. CSN claimed that this part gets weathered over time and literally "broke apart" when it was removed. My vehicle is four years old and this piece did not have any cracks or signs of wear to it. In my opinion, this should've been considered collateral damage and a cost absorbed by the business since it was their employee that damaged my vehicle. Aside from that, they had already made $2300 from this warranty work. When Kevin took me to my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the trim around the driver's side door was not re-installed properly. Since it was closing time and a long weekend, Kevin said I would have to come back to get it fixed. At this time, I had a six-week old baby with me and I also live 1.5 hours from this location. Returning to have their work fixed was not convenient. Kevin had said they could send a technician to me, but that did not pan out. They also offered to send me to another location which was equally as far from my home in the other direction. When I went to leave the business, two lights appeared on one the dash of my vehicle, one indicating that the rear end lights were not hooked up properly. Luckily my vehicle was "safe enough" to drive, however, I had to have another dealership hook up the lights properly and every time it rains, I have a leak through the trim around the door. It also feels like I am driving with the window down. Had I known my car would leave with further problems and costing me money for someone else's mistake, I would not have had the corrosion work done. It wasn't worth it.
