After an accident that left my passenger door and "dogleg" crunched in and damaged, I took my car to Crown for an estimate on damages for the insurance company. I met with Chris, and in all about ten minutes, he examined the damage and took some photos and took down my email. 30 minutes later, he's sent me the estimate. 2 days later and some calls with the insurance company, I was able to schedule it in for repairs on Monday the 29th. I asked for a ballpark on how long it would take, and he said he's going to be starting on it that day, and he's hoping to have it ready by Friday, if not then on Monday. Wednesday the 31st comes around, and I've already gotten the call that she's ready to be picked up. Talk about speed of service! I went in to pick it up and check the work out, and wow! It looks better than what kia first built! Very friendly, fast service, very clear communication, and obviously judging by the photos, excellent quality of work. Completely seamless. Hopefully I won't be in another accident, but if I do, I won't even bother looking around. This is the place to go 100%.

I've taken my car to Crown twice in the past year. The first time I needed body work, I was brand new to Kingston and really had no idea where to go. Saw some good reviews about Crown so gave them a shot. Needless to say, I've been very happy. Mark (Davidson) has made the entire process unbelievably easy. He is really quick to reply by email and both he and the rest of the staff are easy to chat with on the phone. Both times I took the car in he was really quite accommodating with working with my schedule to get the car in when it worked for me. The repairs themselves have been fantastic - can't even tell there was ever any damage. It's been an added plus that they cleaned the interior of the car too (which was needed). Lastly, their prices have always been really quite reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service over many years and many vehicles. Just finished repairing my Sonata after a recent run-in with a distracted driver. Car looks better than it did before the accident. They also did a fantastic job at hunting down used parts for repairs to a 10 year old van when my son scraped up his buddy's vehicle a few years ago. They provide great advice on how much you should reasonably put into fixing up an old vehicle.

Called these guys after I hit a bear with my Suzuki Grand Vitara. They have not made them since 2012. The front was smashed and the drivers door was pushed in. My vehicle was under still under warranty from Ford, they usually sent vehicles to Crown for paint repairs as the paint was bubbling, in need of repairs. Dropped off at Ford dealer and picked it up from the dealer again. However the cleaning job done by Crown on my vehicle was pathetic. When my vehicle went in for repair it was immaculate and had just detailed it myself, inside and outside. Unfortunately after the paint job repair they left my vehicle in shambles, some one just went with a dirty rag inside and left streak marks and not to mention it stunk as well. The paint repair job was done well but the cleaning was pathetic. They washed the vehicle and left water marks all over it. They seriously need to pay more attention to the details of job afterward. Otherwise get someone else who who do a better job. Or they can get a hold of me to give them. Lesson. In car detailing. I just spent another 3 hours cleaning my car, trying to undo the damage done to it.if they had left my car as it is after the work they had done, it would have been much cleaner then what cleaning job they have done on it.

These guys were amazing! Took my car there to have them look at some scratches (a dog jumped on my car). They had it fixed, washed and vacuumed in 1.5hrs! I didn't even have an apt! Good people like this are hard to come by now a days!
