Ben and Michelle are super great people. Visited them for a quote after a valet parking attendant forced my F-150 into a low underground parking spot. Insurance company wanted to pull a dent and body fill the damage. I Spoke with Ben and Michelle and they said no way!!! New truck = New roof...period. Of course that's a very big job ...but Michelle specified the insurance company needs to do this the right way. Michelle took my case and submitter her quote/rationale and held firm with the insurance company. Both Michelle and Ben stand by what's best for their clients. Well it did get it approved to be repaired properly. Now over to Ben...Ben does exceptional work. He Cut, peeled and restored the truck to as new condition. He is meticulously focused on his trade and he kept me regularly updated on progress. I visited 4 times during the project and Ben explained and walked me through each phase of what he was doing and what had been done. He even let me take photos throughput He is a true master tradesman. When I picked my vehicle up they had even completely cleaned the interior of the vehicle (it had the usual winter residue from winter season...now all gone). Nothing was overlooked. Ben is an exceptional body man and master painter. Don't be alarmed by the small business atmosphere. Both Ben and Michelle take their clients and business very seriously. Huge thanks to Ben and Michelle.....live long and enjoy life.

Ben completely restored my 1979 MGB after it was damaged in the ice storm in Dec 2013. He removed all the chrome, rubber and other fittings, including windshield and all lights, and then stripped it down to bare metal before carrying out metal repairs. A complete body prep followed, with multiple anti-rust and high-build primer coats applied and meticulously hand-sanded before spraying colour and clear coat, and the car has never looked better. I could shave in the reflection from any of the body panels, there are absolutely no drips, orange peel or overspray anywhere, and the reassembly was first class. He's a real artist who obviously cares deeply about his work. Michelle looks after the business end of the business, and is 100% professional in her approach to clients. She walked me through a very detailed written quote before we started, offering several different options for the work to be done, and then called me periodically just to keep me updated on progress. I was welcome to drop in unannounced at any time, and either she or Ben would take me around and show me the work in progress. She even surprised me on delivery with a couple of extras that weren't in the quote. Ben and Michelle are obviously committed to their customers, they're superb at what they do, and they do it with courtesy and a smile. I can't recommend them highly enough. Stephen Saulnier
