Julie is incredibly talented. We asked her to do a cartoon illustration of us and our dog for our save the dates and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. I have been follwoing Julie's comic arts for many years. I always love her style and how she transfer the little moments in life into comic stories. Julie captured a special moment of me and my husband and our dog at a camping site for the first time together. She enjoys outdoor activities herself and knows the subject well. When I described our camping experience, she understood right away and came up with the first draft with a couple of pictures I provided as references. On top of that, she added more details to the first draft after I told her more about that camping trip, and her art work fully reflects our personal experience and memory of that trip. I gave this to my husband as our anniversary gift, and he is surprised and impressed with the cute drawing. I would recommend Julie's art works to everyone who is looking for illustration for special occasion or for documenting their life.

I wanted to put a 3’ x 4’ poster of Donald Duck skiing over my stairway. But all I had was a photo on a front page of a vintage comic book from 1958. I found Julie at the makers market in Marysville with a display of her beautiful work, custom made and answering what I was looking for over 6 months! She just ask me to send the picture of my Donald Duck from that small comic book! Well my Donald Duck is now alive & vibrant with bright colors over my stairway just like a dream come true.
