As someone new to the province and the insurance system, we were uncertain which body shop to use after our vehicle was damaged in an accident. Signal Collision guided us through the process and set our expectations on timing and procedures. The services were delivered as outlined and we were so blown away when we picked up our Nissan Xterra. It was like a new vehicle! Brian Donald and Wendy in the front office were courteous, professional and exceeded all our expectations! We recommend them highly!!

Brian kept me up to date on what was happening with my vehicle, and provided a repairs timeline. Wendy was great to deal with, and made the paperwork process seamless. My repairs were completed correctly, and on time. The vehicle looks brand new. Amazing work. Talented, well trained staff equipped with the right tools for the job, equals the best results.
