I called to make an appointment with Blaine for an estimate. He seemed to be reluctant to meet without my husband present and although that made me feel like he maybe thought a woman was incapable of handling an estimate appointment, I booked anyway. The day of our original appointment I get a call (30 minutes after the appointment was to start) that he has an abscessed tooth and can't make it. That's fine, I reschedule. The rescheduled appointment is then cancelled again. Again 30 minutes after he was to be at my home and again because of his abscessed tooth. While I very much sympathize with someone in pain, I don't appreciate the lack of consideration for my time. I could have received a call any time prior to our appointment(s) instead of 30 minutes after it was to occur. I don't feel this is in line with the "professionalism" that was advertised.

After receiving 3 other quotes, I chose Madani Group as the owner and rep were very personable, and also spoke French. Very impressed with the consult for the choice of colour and service, they went over and above, repairing the stucco (with no trace of there being any cracks) and returning to touch up what the rain had undone in some spots! I am proud to show off my home, with it's new paint job and stucco repair!

The wet and cold weather in late fall and early spring this year made outdoor painting an "iffy" proposition, but the Madani painters did the prep and came back to apply the paint. The job was beautiful and fast. No spray-over or dripping. Pristine! The painters even offered and did a few touch ups on the wall I had painted a few years ago. The weather-proofing that they add to the paint gives the stucco a clean, smooth surface. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism, and the price was very reasonable, too.

We had a second floor addition completed three years ago and it was impossible to match the stucco colour from 30 years ago to our satisfaction. I hired the Madani Group Painting and Stucco Coating to paint my home. An estimator was at my home within a couple of days after my call and was very professional. My home was power-washed, some stucco was repaired and then the entire home was painted using two colours. The workers were very meticulous and my home looks great! I've had numerous compliments on the finished product. I am beyond pleased with how everything turned out and have referred the company to others who have hired them as well. A special thank you goes to Mehdi. Every interaction with him was positive and he was very easy to work with. He is very hands on and it is evident that he takes pride in his work. Madani did an excellent job with our stucco repair and painting job. They painted areas I was expecting them to ignore (under a deck that is only two feet high and is on top of concrete rubble). The quote was done on the spot (no call back or email quote). The paint job was done in one day. The only aspect that made me choose four stars is that we had to reach out to ask when they were coming. They originally told us mid June, so I emailed them in mid-June to know where they were at and they told me they would come during the first week of July. Madani himself did the stucco job in 40C weather (incredible!). He told us he would paint by the end of the next week, but we didn’t hear from him until I emailed to ask. He told me the date and confirmed the colours the night before. They came at 7:00 AM and worked until 3:00 PM and everything was done. It looks absolutely fantastic and the stucco job (blocking a door and a window) is seamless. I would highly recommend Madani to anyone. Stephany Halikas

Deeply disappointed. I had a quote scheduled for today between 10 and 1 with Blaine. No one showed up or called. Waste of my time. I had a bad feeling when he asked if there would be a male around. Ladies don't waste your time with this sexist company. Completely unprofessional.

This crew is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hard working. They told us that the back of our house would be painted in one day, and they worked hard in +30 heat to complete it from 7:30am to 7pm-ish. It was not an easy job. The previous owner painted unprepped wood siding which had been HORRENDOUSLY peeling , so the crew spent ages scrapping off as much as they could, they came 2 days before to pressure wash off the old paint as well. Since the wood was untreated, they ended up priming the house w/o an additional charge, as it was not on the original quote. There were lots of old wooden details (the corbels under the roof line) and there were so many windows with trim to paint! The house looks fantastic and we are so happy. They made the back of our house happy and looking alive again. We will definitely be reaching out to this company when we are ready to paint the rest of the house. Thank you Madani Group!
