Wow! What a fabulous experience Buhle provided. From the quote to the finish, I am a hard customer to please and Buhle did not disappoint. They have such talented, professional, passionate tradespeople that take so much pride in their work and are so eager to please, a very powerful combination. Their crew was in our house almost 2 weeks, we had loads of very bad cracks patched and painted along with most of the interior of our home, it feels like a new house again. Thank you to Jason, Lena, Stan, Aman and Sebah. You were all fantastic!

The other painters were nowhere near as professional as the Stratford team, not to mention the attention to detail and quality of painting was SIGNIFICANTLY better with Stratford.

Disappointed would sum it up. Originally Jeff came out to quote the project and spoke very highly of the paint job they would be able to complete, knowing the exterior boards where in good shape but lots of scraping needed to be completed. He assured me they could handle the job and even insisted his professional painters could do a better job than us. However, I do not think this ended being the case. We had to encourage additional sanding measures were taken to ensure the prepped wood could be as smooth as possible. Paint bubbles appeared on window frames and, almost immediately, areas of the paint showed signs of splitting. We were told that the layers of old paint led to these problems which was not addressed as concerns during the initial consult. The job was not completed over consecutive days – instead, took the span of 1 month. I would not recommend going with this company to paint the exterior of your house. It is unfortunate they promised such great results while quoting the job.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! If I could they wouldn’t even get 1 star. Problems from the beginning. They took forever to start the job and finish it. The broke my Outside light sprayed my brand new fence and did a horrible job with the stucco. Finally a manager had to come and look and made the guy fix it (poor workmanship). One year after the house was painted it all started peeling. I paid for elastic paint and was advised I had a warranty with this. This year I contacted the company Several times no response so I sent many pictures even had to request the help from BBB and got absolutely no where!! They are NOT credited by BBB and I can see why! I have kept all my emails and pictures so people can be aware of the work they provide and the customer service they provide. If I could go back I WOULD HAVE NEVER CHOSEN THIS COMPANY. Anyone out there thinking of hiring exterior painters, keep scrolling BE AWARE, DO NOT use them RUN!

If I could give a rating in the negatives, I would. Terrible service in all ways imaginable. I paid good money for their services and they didn't even finish the job. Not only did they not finish the job, but the parts that they did finish looked horrible. The manager (Stephanie Nault) told me they would come back in a few weeks and finish. I called and sent emails for months and got no reply. When I finally got in contact with the owner (Jason Greschuk), he told me there was nothing they can do.... Take your money elsewhere
