2 separate store visits to get materials. Low inventory. This is the 2nd time this has happened. First visit no inventory and had to go to 2nd store. 2nd visit 3 weeks later still no inventory had to visit 2 different stores again. Store staff is great but inventory replacement very poor. I can't patronize your store if you don't stock standard inventory. Product HP acrylic exterem white, Exterior paint.

The paint was poor quality, and when our painter complained, they threw him under the bus and said it was his poor workmanship that was the problem. We have used this painter before and he has always been excellent. Now he has to re-do a bunch of work because he used crappy paint. Next time hope he buys his paint somewhere else.

By far, the best service that I have received in years! This was my first experience at Sherwin Williams and will definitely not be my last. Sherwin Williams is lucky to have such an amazing employee like Mary, as she is an absolute gem. She is not only knowledgeable about the products, she is also patient and kind. In this day and age, it is really hard to find all of that in an employee. Trust me, I know as I have been a manager for almost 20 years. Be careful buying paint from this store. Restrictions applicable to purchases aren't necessarily properly explained until after a purchase is made. There are some excellent sales associates at this stores, especially the owner, but newer associates are not completely honest and forthcoming and only want to make a sale. I give my experience only 1 star because I won't be able to use what I was sold until warmer weather next spring. Today's date is October 24th.

Good prices but that also reflects on the quality. You pay less but in return,get less. That is only my opinion. I've used many paints and I find that with the Sherman Williams brand you need to use more to cover the same area as you would a premium paint. I am Comparing to Dulux Brand Paint. So I guess it depends what you are using it for. If you are on a schedule and need to get a job done quicker. Dulux is the way to go.

My review was: “ Was advised wrong. Due to poor knowledge of salesman on paints. Should have bought from Canadian Tyre, across the street at cheaper price. Or Home Depot. My mistake to choose this store. Any way lost $100 but got good lesson.

I specifically requested my primer to be tinted, because I was going to a very rich colour. They said it's not necessary the coverage will be fine, blah, blah, blah...I made the mistake of giving them the benefit of the doubt ....its absolutely horrible coverage, I now need to paint the walls again! Had the primer been tinted (even 50% of the paint colour) it would've saved me tons of time and money! I'm so upset for listening to them.
