I want, thru this review, to thank again to R&S Auto Body, to the amazing people that work there and to Scott the owner for the great work they did on my car. I went there to fix a minor hit and run dent on my car. When I was about to go pick up my car I found out that they also fixed another scratch on my car at no extra cost. I would totally recommend them.

Deer strike nearly wrote off my classic yota. I gotta give it to em, those guys brought my baby back to life for a great price. I didn't even shop around as the atmosphere was awesome, first quote very fair and the loner car was a great little unit. Not only that but these guys came out below their initial quote. They fixed the roof of my truck after idiot vandals damaged it. Owner is a stand up guy. Apparently they have courtesy cars. I did not need one though. They even dropped my vehicle off after they were done.

When my car took over 3 months and still wasn't fixed properly, Scott at R&S came to my rescue!! If T- boned in an intersection wasn't enough, ins co took 7 wks to approve, then the shop it was at screwed up with to much to note here. Scott took 1 look at it and said I will take care of it. Offered a courtesy car when I didn't have one for 3 months. Excellent service, great work and genuine care of their customers.

It took me 6 hour to clean the inside of my car as they were too lazy to use their air compressor to at least blow out dust. Not sure how paint will last as they did NOT even wash car before doing work, as deer hair still on car. Do Not trust them with you vehicle. :( I have used this company 5 separate times in the past. Last 2 times in their service level has dropped to rock bottom.

R & S Autobody does amazing professional work and offer a loaner vehicle if needed. They quoted two days to repair the vehicle but had it ready in 1. They also detailed the vehicle and washed it like it was just taken off the dealership lot. They go above and beyond to make customers happy. :)

They were able to get us in the next day to give us an estimate on what needed to be done. It took awhile to get an appointment (a month or so) for the actual work to be done, but it was worth it. They did a great job and very quickly. They also cleaned my car inside and outside which was very much appreciated! The loaner car they let us use while my car was in the shop was essential. Would definitely come back for any further work needed.

Bob at R&S Body Kamloops, went the extra mile to help us with our Van. Bob knew it was important for us to get the Van repaired as quickly as possible.He put it in the shop and loaned us a car. He was very friendly, helpful and it shows he has been in business for decades. We were beyond satisfied with the service we received, friendly helpful staff and a big thank you to Bob. Robert
