From the quote to the completed work it was such a pleasure to work with the guys from Prevail! They were extremely prompt, friendly and professional start to finish. They gave us a confirmed date to start painting the interior of our house, and ended up coming early due to the heat wave. They were very friendly, super clean and tidy, and finished the job in half the time they originally expected! We loved our experience working with these young professionals and would absolutely hire them in the future for other work on our house. Prices were fair, and our house looks great! Based on other's reviews and comments, asked Harald to give us a quote to repaint the walls of our rental suite in Talasa (Alamar building). He responded promptly and gave us a reasonable quote. He and Gabriel followed that up by doing a great job not only of the painting but also cleaning up and overall making the suite look better than when they arrived! The job was completed within the time estimated and at the quoted price. I'd highly recommend them to others.

I received an estimate for a painting job on October 30th, 2018. I have tried for almost 3 weeks to get a call back to book the job. I am trying to coordinate to have another sub-contractor to attend at the same time. I texted, emailed, and left messages. No response. This is very regrettable since at minimum, I would expect any company to at least call back even if a company was unable to do the work right away or not at all. Real shame.

I talked to Harold two different times about getting a quote. Both times he said he would be in touch. The 2 out of 5 rating is because he never did get back to me. If you are to busy, then just say so. Stop wasting my time. I have no idea if Prevail is any good at painting. I moved on and found a contractor who kept his word.

Gabriel, Harold & Stephano did such a great job, they were professional, friendly, easy to work with and their customer service skills are exceptional. They painted our main living area and down the stairs to the main entranceway. I’m still amazed on how they managed to paint down the stairs without taping and how clean they were.
