Douglas De Cardenas did some interior painting for me at my rental house . The electrical upgrade had caused it to be damaged and a texture had been put over the original colour so the colour was hard to match. The original colour had worked well so I wanted to keep the basic colour no texture.Douglas brought old colour palettes that he had and together we found a perfect match.Douglas went over the details of the work with me clearly and we came to a fair price. Because it was a rental and the renter had a breathing disability, Douglas was meticulous in taping all the furniture and drapes etc so that sanding could be contained. He painted the wall flawlessly and was very considerate of his comings and goings to accommodate the renters.He always came when he said he would and he was so easy to talk to, a real gentleman.I highly recommend Douglas as he can be trusted to do excellent work at a fair price. He did this painting mid September 2020 even though he was very busy.Thank you Douglas for fitting me in, so appreciated.
