Not happy at all. Over $1200.00 in items stolen from my unlocked car while in the shop getting paint and waiting on a new windshield. keep in mind I've never dealt with an autobody shop in my life so after calling icbc they said take it where u want and here's your claim #. I scheduled an appointment date and time gave my claim # when l dropped my AMG off l figured it would be ready in a day or two l had no clue there was a whole other process of sending pics to icbc and awaiting approval nobody bothered to explain that part to me. When l handed my keys over to the girl l stated please keep my doors locked l've got a few expensive items in the car...right then and there she could have pointed out that l may want to take said items out since my car may be there for quite awhile by explaining the process, l was unaware they were doing a new windshield claim which was fine l assumed just painting the hood. Irregardless knowing the above l could have quickly removed my items. I took my car home after 9 days the windshield was still not in and l refused to leave it there another day as its only summer driven and we were about to get snow. Unfortunately it goes back in the spring for the windshield if l could take it elsewhere l would but its all under 1 claim # l was beyond upset at this VERY expensive loss and still am. I truly get that its not they're fault the shop was broken into by low life crack heads...BUT things could have been handled far better in my opinion from the get go, followed by notifying ME not my husband, he appreciated the apology at least but considering its my car I'm still bewildered...????‍♀️????‍♀️ live and learn l guess.

Best service and repairs. I had a claim for a broken sun roof and went to a different body shop by recommendation. That was a bad experience. I then went to Buzz's Auto Body, as I should have first. The staff went out of their way to do the appraisal, order parts and book an appointment for the repairs. I have used Buzz's before and if I have the need in future I will not hesitate to go their again. I will not entertain going to any other body shop. I highly recommend Buzz's Auto Body.

Nicole and the team at CSN Buzz' went above and beyond to make my experience better. I got Tboned, and my vehicle was not drivable. ICBC was a nightmare to try and get a rental vehicle, but Nicole was somehow able to get me into a vehicle sooner than anticipated. My car was written off, but I wouldn't hesitate to use Buzz' again.

I have known Scott for a couple of years now and I did not expect this kind of behavior from him. I went to him to get a quote on putting a reflector in the rear bumper of my car. He looked at the bumper and told me to get the part and he will put the reflector in the rear bumper for free. I bought the part from the dealership and dropped my car at Buzz's. Later in the evening when I went to pick up my car he gave me a bill of $91. He told me that his mechanic has charged me minimum labor per hour and that it is way cheaper than the quote that dealership gave me. I was shocked but, I did not say anything. I did the payment because it was past 5 and everyone was about to leave. I did not want to argue with him. This is completely unacceptable. He did not keep his word. If his mechanic was going to charge me for the job then he should have called me and informed me about it. It was my decision to make if I wanted to get the job done at this rate or not; not his. I had the right to know what were the charges before the mechanic even starts working on it. This is very unprofessional and unethical. He tricked me into getting the job done at his shop. I am not going back to this place again and I will not recommend it to anyone. Please be very careful when you are dealing with him. I feel like filing a consumer complaint against him.

Straight forward and fast replies regarding the A/C repairs on my new (to me) 2017 Tacoma. Quoted $200 cheaper than two other private shops in Kamloops and much, MUCH lower than Sun Country Toyota even though the repair should have been warranty. The issue was a $7 o-ring. I had my truck back in less than 24 hrs!

Fantastic! I had an ICBC claim, they processed everything without a glitch. On the day of my appointment to drop off my car to get the repairs done, I had another appointment I had to get to and was pressed for time. Buzz's seem genuinely concerned about my time restraints and provided arrangements to get me to my other appointment. They did not have a courtesy car available for me, however they reserved a rent a car at budget for me. I did not have time to get the rental car first and make it to my other appointment. They offered to pick me up from my appointment and take me to budget afterwards! I declined as I was within walking distance of budget to pick up my rent a car. I feel like Buzz's went above and beyond and the repairs were done when they said they would be and looked fantastic! The staff was kind and courteous and had no problems answering my many questions. I will definitely return to this place, however I hope I don't HAVE to!
