Bruyere Painting was highly recommended to me and upon initial contact appeared to be professional and timely. The person I met with stated he would get me a quote ASAP and we could figure out a timeline. I was very hopeful and then after reaching out to them three separate occasions I never heard from them again. I completely understand if a company chooses not to go forward with a project but some contact would have been appreciated even if it was to say "we can't or don't have time". In your response you stated that you didnt have my contact info but we had spoken on the phone and you had texted me - so you did have a way to confirm.
