This is a one man shop. I googled all the body shops in town and read all reviews before I went to the shop. Without any surprise, it is a 5 star auto shop. Bill did a great job on my car and managed to finish fixing my door in two days with a low price. Arguably, the best body shop in town. On top of that, they got a cute dog. Don't hesitate to get a quote from there.
