They did a wonderful job with framing an oil painting. When I brought it in they took the time to help me select what would look best. Plus, it was done days before they said it would! Highly recommend.

Access Framing provided very poor customer service. The staff made a mistake and framed our print with the wrong color. They refused to acknowledge the mistake and Christine, the manager, behaved quite rudely towards us when we inquired about fixing the problem. Their level of service was disappointing. We do not recommend this business.

I also experienced very poor customer service much like the review from Jackie Horie. My picture was not matted as per the sample I had brought in. When I brought this to their attention they blamed me for their mistake, even though they clearly saw what I wanted from the sample I showed them. My dealings with Access Framing was my worst customer service experience ever. I will never use their services again or recommend them to anyone.

Very helpful with selecting the right size and color of the frame. Did a phenomenal job on my picture and managed to preserve the back portion. Very quick and very reasonably priced. Really kind professionals!!!
