Pros: - affordable and accommodating (we obtained 5 plus quotes and revised our original request, multiple communications back and forth which can create intolerance/impatience with some businesses however; A plus continued to answer questions and accommodate), answered emails/communications promptly. - several onsite visits, with and without us present, provided multiple revised quotes without issue. - professional and personalized service (we have a baby so door bells ringing was not the best method to communicate, crew lead Chase accommodated via text when necessary, very helpful and appreciated). - flexible and kind service delivery (home renovations can be stressful: did we make the right choice? laid back and stress less experience due to the nature of the staff and their ability to complete great work, experience speaks for itself). - prompt, took the time to explain what would be happening and next steps (reducing stress and second thoughts). The completed work excelled our expectations. We have the ability to contact A plus should we see any issues however anything and all issues brought up were addressed (these weren’t issues they were our lack of knowing next steps in terms of painting). No issues were forgotten and all reviewed and revised where necessary. Great feedback in terms of ideas and what we could consider doing (colour scheme, what to paint, etc.). Looking forward to having our windows cleaned by sister company. Cons: we don’t have any. Picking colours for the home can be a challenge but this isn’t a con for A plus to take on. They offer recommendations. We did hire a colour consultant from Benjamin Moore and although the service was great ($100), we didn’t end up using the suggestions. Definitely get a portfolio of before and afters going. Our house looks amazing and the work speaks for itself. The professionalism and quality of work surpassed our expectations. We are very thankful. Thanks everyone for your great work and efforts.

A+ will not disappoint you. From the beginning with the pressure wash to the final coat of paint and cleanup the crew were professional in their jobs and respectful of all the plants, shrubs and trees they had to navigate through. Chase and his crew are great and if your lucky enough to have them paint your home I'm sure you will be just as impressed as we were.

Very satisfied with A+ ‘s repainting of the exterior of my home. I was not pressured in any way to do more, in fact the opposite, A+ just painted the south and west sun bleached sides of the house including the trim and doors. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard and got the job done. Cleaned up, no mess left and no drips anywhere. Very professional and courteous, it was a pleasant experience for me.
