Wrong paint color, they left it base white… Wasted a few hours with our painter that took 3weeks to schedule… initially they doubted the mistake, then said that the machine probably didn’t add the tint. They said that it was our painter’s responsibility to check the paint color… why can’t the person mixing check that the color matches? Or that it has any tint… Apparently cause they don’t have the sample swatches in the back because they are alllllll the way in the front of the store. Why can’t they put a little dollup of paint on the cover like every other paint mixer? Cause clients apparently complained ? No help finding a replacement painter for this weekend, absolute refusal to cover the cost of the painter. Had to repaint ourselves late into the night… I guess we’re “lucky” they replaced the gallon at no extra charge… Terrible terrible. Avoid at all costs.
