Just awful to deal with. Booked a week in advance so they could get parts and then it still took over a day to fix a mirror and a wiper. The service was bad. I wont get anything done there again

I had body damage repairs done at this shop to my vehicle over 6 years ago. The repairs included installation of a new driver door and were very well done. A few weeks back I noticed that the door handle had started to come loose. Without calling in advance to book an appointment, I drove my vehicle back to your shop and explained the problem. The extremely courteous, professional, and helpful lady on duty immediately looked up the old repair file and then called up to the front the mechanic who had actually originally worked on my vehicle. The mechanic was also extremely courteous and professional throughout. It was a cold day and they immediately had me pull the vehicle inside where the mechanic inspected the handle. When I asked if I should make an appointment to come back to have the handle fixed he told me that he could repair it right then and there and he did. This involved painstakingly taking the “innards” of the front door apart to get at the bolt that needed tightening (from inside the door). He worked on my vehicle for about 30 minutes and my problem was solved. They then told me there was no charge and I was on my way. What an example of great customer service!

Came in to get a door skin fixed on a 2019 RAV4 because it was damaged due to strong wind blowing it open. Issue was documented with photos, clearly described, and I was assured the issue was fixed. Not only was the issue not fixed, the service manager would not take responsibility of the advisors doing a false diagnosis. Diagnosis was done wrong, the wrong part was replaced to no effect, and I was charged for it. I was quoted $350. To remedy the issue, I was now being told by the service manager this would be significantly more. What I asked for: quote to fix a stretched door skin, damaged door stop What I got: parts thrown at the issue with no resolution (which I paid for). Wrong diagnosis. Blame on the customer backtracking previous discussions, and bait and switch and no accountability. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere! Customer beware!

Excellent customer service and my issue going there was completely my error and they treated me like this error was very common, so I was not embarrassed. Hats off to Jas,? I have forgotten his name apologies. But he was WONDERFUL.

The day I need to pick up my vehicle was not a good experience.Prior to going to the shop we called the case in charge and the lady said that the vehicle is ready. We went to the shop to pick up the vehicle but unfortunately the vehicle has a missing window and needs to wait for the supplier. I waited 3 hours for them to complete the installation. Lots of time wastage. If they said the vehicle is not ready yet, I can come the following day to pick it up no problem.

if I could give less than one star I would. they wasted my time with a hire to turn around and decide they couldnt do it. so with that I lost it on a potientally long lasting job through other interviews because of Shane's lack of ability to manage. good luck to those who work there I can now see why your ratings are so low

This location does the sloppiest repairs possible. The manager doesn't care about customer satisfaction and only wants money. They never take responsibility over their mistakes and if you get a repair from this terrible location, make sure to check every part of your car to seek out the other hidden mistakes that this location loves to make. If you're referred to this or a different repair shop through an insurance company, do not EVER choose this location. Bad receptions, bad manager, bad service.

I called to book appointment for my Toyota 2016 highlander but due to the questions I was asking, the receptionist went in to speak with the manager who later spoke with me and gave me very simple solution to my problem. I didn't have to book and wait for any appointment to have my car fixed. Kudos!

I found them to be really consistent with their workmanship and excellent customer service. The receptionist Dory is always approachable and Shane always keeps me an update on what to expect and what i am expecting with the work that is being done to my vehicle. He can accommodate request as long as THEY CAN. There are still room for improvement but generally they handle their customer well. The key here is communicate with them well. There are no dumb questions. Ask if needed or not clear to you so as not to fail any expectations which i found most of the reviews here that give them low score. And don't get me started with because i just got lucky in my first visit here. I've been here thrice in the last 6 years because of some repair work and now decided to write a review so this is 6 years in the making!

Don't take for any repairs to this place, I took my vehicle to repair I had very bad experience, they took out my front bumper even though there is no damages, did not do job properly, inside my vehicle on seats dirt everywhere, my front bumper they didn’t installed correctly, front staff very rude, manager doesn’t wanna adress any issues. its really corrupted place. when I was there to pick up my vehicle, so many complaint from customers.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The front receptionist Doris, and the Collision Centre Manager, Shane Shennan were so lovely to interact with. Shane went above and beyond in helping solve a missing/broken fuel door hinge. I am grateful to Shane for taking time and effort out of his day to solve a seemingly small but wildly inconvenient issue with my vehicle. Thank you, Thank you Thank you!

Had 2 vehicles repaired here, staff and manager were friendly, accommodating and thorough. They do what they say, and get it done when they say. The guys really did a nice job in repairing my truck very happy with it I did buy a paint pen for them to paint the little chip I got from a rock but they missed that. Rachel is a very nice lady it can't be an easy job telling people how much it's going to cost to fix I know when she told me it crushed my soul.but she's a real nice lady and those are best to make everything go as smooth as possible on his painless as possible. There are plenty of doctors out there who could learn a lot from her bedside manner LOL.

Rachel is a gem there, but go anywhere else in Edmonton but this one because the owner is awful. I'd recommend Harold's Auto Body, Royal Auto Body, Herber's Auto Body, 4 Season Auto Body. There are so many places in Edmonton with 4.8 rating compared to this place. If you're lucky then they will get the job done right. As soon as you state that they didn't do something properly then they will say you're complaining, and not want to help you fix the problem. If you know nothing about cars, that's when they'll try to take advantage of you and try to scam you. Avoid Shane if possible, not professional when handling dissatisfaction with their work. He's a joke!
